hey a question to all the traceurs who see this. ive seen freerunners do speedvaults with straight legs and with bent legs. is one way a better way to do them or is it a case of situation and style?

i'm assuming you mean crystal clear for youtube. my guess would have to be that it's filmed using hd or so and uploaded in large format...i mean LARGE format. but that's all i would know.

I adore art and I adore Parkour great to see a fusion of the two. I liked the idea/concept of Layla Curtis and how simple yet effective in the way she captured the brief signature trails of a given Traceur or Traceuse.
