@vuur150 A lot of these are based on real stories but embellished (in some cases the stories really happened, but the people survived) others are based on real deaths but names/details are changed, and some others are based on urban legends. I'm not sure about this one--but if hypothetically it did happen..I'm guessing they would've found out his plans to kill his wife from his mistress.

This is a classic example of how the producers of this show sometimes fudge the truth to make the victims unsympathetic and thus the death more palapable. Unless Marco told about his plan to his mistress in advance, how could his ex-wife know he was trying to kill her? Looks just like a tragic accident to me.

(The air pressure from the gun fractured his skull.)
