Well, in the Basque Country (notice the name, Country), those discriminated and harassed in the voting lines are the "Spanish", and the only government that doesn't condemn murders (or does it very softly when it happens) is the Basque Administration. There is the "oppressed" minority the one that enjoys all freedoms provided by the Spanish Constitution. If you don't share the self-determination view you have to check under your car every morning. And that's a fact, buddy.
