@lfmms83 I think Arise is pretty good, so was the two former albums, but... I think they were a little too much 1980s thrash metal. I mean I like Metallica, Megadeth and Slayer from back then, but I honestly get quickly tired of them. So I disagree with you. Sepultura became interesting, when Andreas Kisser joined the band, and they *really* got interesting from Chaos A.D. This was when they got the groovy sound. I also think all the Derrick Green albums are better than Roots.

Even though it was screamo, you could understand what he was saying, and the guitar was dead on, add in the drums that were blowing me away, and you have a kickass cover. this really sounds like a hardcore punk version, which is pretty damn good. no, it's not Halford, no it's not Max ... it's Green. If you think this vocal sucks, then you must think that just about every single metal bands vocals suck, especially the metalcore and extreme stuff. only about 10% of metal vocalists are even close to sounding good. Again this version is kick ass and played with attitude.

Anthrax's last real notable release was Persistence of Time. And Megadeth, who still releases capable albums, will never put out something as good as their first four albums.
