  • it seems like the muzzle brake is driving the barrel down pretty hard. I suppose if you shot it off a rest or bipod it would be rock steady, or the muzzle brake could just be replaced.

  • Full auto AK that seems pricey and full of paper work...

  • ggg

  • df

  • now... even Ethiopia makes AK 103's

  • Serbia got the best kalashnikov after russian!

  • that gun is AK47 not ak 74 shit ass

  • @chapagainsaurv you dont know much about the gun do you? that is most certainly an ak-74

  • Your shooting position is excellent and correct.

  • No recoil hack!

  • long live kazanlak there is motherland of ak47 the best one

  • Who DOESN'T want one of those?! It looks so controllable.

  • Dear Santa...

  • Should use the right hand to reload. :)

  • @3AKOBAH Negative

  • @m0ondoggy

At least that was what the instructors told us in the Bulgarian army for 1.5 years. You keep the aim with the left hand, holding the gun firm against your shoulder at all time while shooting, reloading, changing magazines etc.

  • @3AKOBAH NEVER TAKE YOUR FINGER OFF THE TRIGGER RULE # 1

  • The right hand reloading etc is behind the design of AK, and almost all of the heavy rifles. The handle is on the right side for operating with the right hand. This kind of design you can see in the shotguns, rifles, and so on. Your finger is ALWAYS off the trigger unless you are about to make a shot... When you are down on tne ground try to hold the AK with your right hand with four fingers only... Good luck... It is easy to find some Chechnya or Kosovo videos and see.

  • @rollthelosingdice

Also make left hand reload with an SVD (5+ kilos)...

  • @rollthelosingdice

I was in the army for about 1.5 years having this thing by my self at ALL TIMES shot thousends and thousents of rounds at almost all conditions...

Just but your magazines in your belt, lay on the ground and try to reload the f*ing thing with your left hand while holding your aim and you will see what I'm talking about... I

  • @rollthelosingdice What? Apparently you know nothing of guns. Never take your finger off of the trigger? Really?

  • @Voldness maybe I worded that wrong, never use your trigger hand to reload. Keep your finger trigger ready at all times. #1 rule in combat.

  • @3AKOBAH You always should hold your gun with your strong hand . The other hand is used for reloading, charging ...

This is one thing you learn at the army.

  • @MrStaline

You are right if you are holding a pistol. But what If you are holding a shotgun, AK47, sniper rifle and any other heavy gun?

  • @3AKOBAH I sure for assault rifles like famas or ak. After I don't know for other gun.

  • @3AKOBAH Who the fuck uses the right hand to reload?

  • Thats how you handle recoil.

  • The way better then romanian and chinese version. :)

  • @m0ondoggy, its Kazanlak, not Kasanlak ;)

  • @GEGATAbg Whoops. Typo.

  • The 5.45 looks like it has negative recoil :o.

  • Russians make good weapons like ak or ppsh and the pp19

  • @foxvw Its worth the wait, you won't be disappointed with the build.Waffen Werks AK-74 is worth every penny!

  • nice shootin

  • beautiful weapon.

  • what does Dealer Sample mean?

  • this weapon is not bulgarian :D its russian :D :D :D

  • @Chromemaker The original was, this is a bulgarian model smarts

  • Better than ak-47

  • got to love the muzzle climb/recoil ( or lack there of) on the AK-74 the only gun I have ever shot that has a tendancy to drift down when i shoot it lol

  • ANYBODY KNOW WERE I CAN BUY A DRUM FOR MY MAK90

  • @831zapata Copes Distributing has them

  • @m0ondoggy THANKS

  • @831zapata google 75 round drum for AK and I am sure you will find many of them

  • I like the muzzle break on this one ^^ Looks like it helps on a lot of the control.

  • @Dustbin2008

Yep, that's the whole idea, actually. It's one of the reasons the AK74 has basically the same amount of recoil as an AR15 without having to use a buffer tube.

  • Bulgaria motherfuckers Bulgaria FTW(fail to win but in BULGARIA it's WTF (not what the fuck) win to fail)

  • arsenal-bg. com

    Where the parts come from.

  • Just got an Arsenal SGL-31 because all those wonderful Waffen Werks are Sold Out!

  • @m0ondoggy...I do like Arsenal as they do make a quality AK,In fact i came very close to purchasing a SGL 31.The fact that Waffen Werks has a flawless KG gun cote and came with a Tapco G2 trigger for around $250.00 less really sold me.I dig most AKs and i must say you got a very nice model and i know you are happy with your buy.Happy shooting to ya!!

  • Russian and Yugoslav are just fine but I'm in love with my Bulgarian Waffen Werks AK-74.I paid $650.00 for mine and in my opinion it's better than Arsenal and it has a KG gun cote.

  • @Warmachine05450 I'm inclined to agree. A kit build from a quality builder is every bit as good or better than an Arsenal, and will definitely have a better finish. The one in this video, however, is actually from Arsenal Kasanlak as it left the factory and is 100% original, being that it's a post sample.

  • @m0ondoggy The name of the town is Kazanlak ( i live there ) A friend of mine is working in Arsenal

  • @m0ondoggy I love your blond stock, I believe I'll do that to mine soon. What do you think of your comp? I'm just a semi auto guy; ( but recoil isn't that bad. Great vid, bro, looks like you know how to shoot....

  • Comment removed

  • @Warmachine05450 im just weeks away from buying a waffen werks... soooo excited.

  • man this guy operated that gun so smoothly

  • which ak is better Bulgarian , yugo or Russian ?

  • @NALWA I don't know exactly, butmy preference goes Bulg, Russo, then Yugo.

  • @dysqsarhut Thanks, even Indian army prefer Bulg AK then others .

  • Nice-looking rifle.

  • the sound is really clear. could make a good sample for a game/movie sound effect !

  • god i want an ak so bad

  • Nice gun. . .but can't replacement of AK47

  • i dislike the caliber of the 74's though it's hard to find and not as fun as the 7.62

  • @jewballee That is unfortunate since it's the modern caliber of the Russian military. Your best bet is to either order the 5.45 from an ammunition website such as Cheaper Than Dirt or Ammo To Go, or purchase it at your local gun show.

  • Very good looking gun. Really love it.

  • That should scare away dem robbers.....

  • the best ak is the zastava m70 from ex-yugoslavia,now serbia.

  • @daliboresslingen Pff... Valmet RK62 ftw.

  • my teacher told me that the bulgarian ak-47 is better then the russian

  • that is the smile of one happy man at the end of this video rofl

  • @carrionpvp You know it! :)

  • @m0ondoggy Man you handle the recoil good have any tips ?

  • @KobraSahin

no russian AKs come into the states are actually in military configuration, so saying "get the AK-74m" just shows lack of knowlege.

The closest is the Arsenal's version of 74m, and its converted out of a saiga.

  • Excellent arm control. You seem a pro to me. Too bad we can't have this in Europe, although I understand the riscs.

  • Yo, boys! What do you understand of AKs and assault rifles? It`s not the problem with the rifle but the fact you can`t shoot.

  • It actually recoils downward.

  • Man, I hope to shoot one in that configuration one day! I'm buying a semi-auto AK-74 by Interarms. Close enough, for now :)

  • is it a Class 3 weapon ??

  • @rohan9621 Yes, but it's a non-transferable dealer sample though. Not mine.

  • We Make the best AKs !!

  • @MrPrivatetv1 fuck no we dont, russian ak's are the best.us made ak's suck major dick.

  • @XxGanjaXXGOD why did u think i was american ?

  • @MrPrivatetv1 my bad,i assumed,where are you from?

  • @XxGanjaXXGOD Bulgaria :)

  • @KobraSahin Nearly all AK-74's (including the one Im shooting in this video) have hard chromed barrels. This gun was made in 1993.

  • bravo mnogo dobre :)

  • not sound the same who in the Yugo AK M70, the M70 Yugo AK has better sound, believe me

  • notice the recoil... barely any not as durable as the rest AKs imo but v. good performance if properly maintained

  • @TheDorkling What do you feel is less durable about it. Other than a few things dimension wise the AK-74 is every bit as durable as the AKM.

  • @m0ondoggy And it should be, as the operation and tolerances are the same.

  • @TheDorkling recoil has a lot to do with how you can handle the firearm...

  • Beautiful sight!

  • thats what i want right there! hahaha

  • all russian ammo smells like cat piss.

  • @jedirifleman Thats why there are no cats left in russia...

  • @jedirifleman

that's why this one is bulgarian :p

  • @jedirifleman quoted for the truth

  • @jedirifleman yeah but its cheap and good for plinking save the good ammo for the alien gray zombies

  • @jedirifleman And I love that smell.

  • @jedirifleman tula, silverbear, brownbear, ulyavnosk (or however the fuck you spell it), and my fav the mil-surp all share that shitty odor that i hate but love when i go shooting

  • @jedirifleman thats ammonia for ya

  • @jedirifleman

I don't know, kinda smells like pure awesome to me.

  • @jedirifleman You know it !

  • What ammo were you using? And does the 7n6 surplus smell like crap to you guys too?

  • @frylock44 I was using Russian 7n6 surplus (headstamp 270 I believe). I've always noticed this slight ammonia smell when shooting it. So, more to the point, its smells like piss :).

  • @m0ondoggy ya every time I shoot it my clothes smell like shit a day later and I have to wash them it bugs the hell outa me

  • looks like "no recoil"

  • I need to get me a transferable full auto AK-74, but my god do they cost a left nut. Damn Guberment, those fuckers!

  • About $800, but this is a post sample. You have to be an SOT to get one, a regular joe can't just go to the store and buy one. A transferable AK is about $14-16K and requires NFA paperwork. If you want a transferable AK-74 you'll need to spend about $14K on a chinese transferable AK, then spend some more to have someone who knows wha the hell they are doing convert it with a parts kit.

  • @m0ondoggy What is an SOT?

  • @AztecWarrior777 An FFL who's paid a Special Occupational Tax that allows them to go through hoops to possess a post sample machinegun. Class 3 FFL's, Class 2 Manufacturers, etc. You still need a demo letter from a CLEO and a bunch of other crap to do it, so it's not like you get a magic licence and can go play, you have to be in the business of dealing this stuff.

  • @m0ondoggy Are you allowed to own post samples after you stop your business or would you be forced to give them up or sell them before you retire?

  • How much does a AK-74 Full Auto cost ?

  • Ahh... Bulgy AK74's..... They are quite fun!
