  • I was there ! Best concert ever. Seriously. When Bonzo started pounding on the tambourine ( with a padded mallet ). it was SOOOOOOOO loud. This recording can't convey the depth and resonance. One little tambourine was going to shake the L.A. Forum off it's foundation it seemed. They had such and incredible PA system for that venue. And It was great because Presence had come out .... so we were treated to the classics from that LP. Who knew they would never return to LA ?
