  • evolution is a big farce.....I mean fart.

  • Wondering if interbreeding between Neanderthal and H. Sapians solves the Rh negative mystery?

  • it is Leonard Nimoy narrating.

  • @amusingmyslf *** YES SPOCK SPEAKS.......

  • @billy1212ist Spock for president!!

  • This is a really poor documentary. H. neanderthalensis is not our ancestor. It was a human species who shared a common ancestor with us. Also, the narrator said at one point that didn't have sophisticated tools - yes, yes they did. When all the facts are not precise, people are mislead.

  • @McTaggStar It's obviously just an old documentary. I'd say 60s or 70s, possiably early 80s.

  • @Sabatuar Though now I see more of it maybe not. So disregard the earlier comment.

  • @McTaggStar ***Well if one looks at ONE FILM and thinks that they know it all, they deserve it.DUMB,DUMB. The Neand. used "spears" to hunt, and that is a tool.I think that these programs were written for children as a learning tool.

  • Scwarzkald I'd agree with you but it is also likely that those that did survive were eventually absorbed through interbreeding. I'll leave you to think about whether we can spot possible candidates for their descendants kicking around today, do you suspect one or two in your own community?

  • @0512007d .People with RED HAIR,are descendants of Neanderthals,Google it and see.

  • if we came from monkeys, then why are there still monkeys? ;-)

  • @Zalahblue because some species of monkeys didn't adapt like we did probably because they didn't need to. if you're a gorilla and you chill in the jungle climbing about and eating bananas then you need your long ass arms for climbing and you eat bananas so you don't have to communicate to hunt. it happens with other things too, like why don't all birds have massive wing spans? well if you glide about vast distances like a vulture then you want one but if you tazz about in a bush then you don't

  • @casualastheycome Yeah, okay. I can tell you've had a Sesame Street Education.

  • @Zalahblue lol conceited much?

  • @Zalahblue **Yes you can see that @casual had a Sesame Street Education,to bad you don't.See he Answered your question,he taught you, being snide is how you repay him?

  • @billy1212ist My Conversation with others is Your Business is it? How I respond offends 'you' does it? Think I care, Do ya? LOL! Whatever.

  • @Zalahblue * I'm twice your age,and by now know, that the "religious types" breed and live and trust none but their own.And good riddance.

  • @Zalahblue No, us and monkeys evolved with each other, not from each other.

  • @556forlunch Exactly! Thank you. ;-)

  • @556forlunch *** See you've got it,now go backwards. The monkey goes back to ONE Parent. The "us" goes back to the same Parent.See The Parent had TWO KIDS,one went out to play in the trees, the other went to school to learn and improve his mind. One went left, the other went right. The tree monkey was happy and swang thru life. The other faced problems, tall grass? So stand. No fruit? eat grass,roots.etc.It was forced to THINK and solve problems.

  • @billy1212ist So other primates don't "THINK" or solve problems explain the use of tools by some of the "dumbest" primates. The technology of humans was virtually identical to modern Chimpanzee technology for the majority of human existence.

  • @556forlunch* Of course they do.The book,"The Naked Ape" by Desmon Morris explains, that man was "forced" To Think' More'. Forced away from a dwindling food source by the stronger apes.Had to devercify his diet grass, roots, etc.Forced in tall grass to stand. To slow, was forced to hunt in packs.Forced to plan an attack etc.Forced to Think More, than his brothers who remained apes.Basically this is what the book asserts

  • @billy1212ist - LMAO : ) Your Darwinian fantasies are priceless to stupidity and systematic BRAINWASHING !! Most of what you liars call "brothers" were extinct apes, and even if not, bones alone can NOT prove that they were covered in hair and all primitive like your imagination pretends. There are NO links to back up your lunacy. Even plants and insects are missing fossil record transitions. What will you goons say next, that cute birds today used to be ferocious reptile dinosaurs ! LOL !!

  • @GnosticPrince *Well it seems You have ALL of the answers.Evolution is Lunacy.I thank You for setting me straight.

  • @Zalahblue: When you leave your family and start your own, why does your former family still exist? I think that before you imply criticisms you ought to pick up a biology text book and actually learn about what you're criticizing, my friend.

  • @McTaggStar Well, you certainly didn't answer my question, and your falsely accusing me of criticizing. .

It was a simple question. ~UFail~

  • @Zalahblue: I fail? Yet, you're apparently the one who didn't pay attention in high school science! And actually, my response to you did answer your question. I answered it by way of analogy. The primate phylogenetic tree is not a single branch that goes from lemur to monkey to ape to great ape to human. Technically speaking, we did evolve from monkeys, and we ARE monkeys! But the monkeys that are in existence today are not our ancestors, they share a common ancestor with us - meaning both us

  • @Zalahblue: and they evolved from the set animals. So instead of thinking about monkeys as analogous to parents, we should think of them as analogous to cousins. We're related laterally, not lineally. Now, with that said, do yourself a favour and do some reading! Your question in the first place was silly, and no educated person should be so ignorant of evolution. It's high school biology.

  • @Zalahblue If American's came from the British, then why are there still British?

  • @Daniel39363 **Try American History,You will learn British,French,German,Spanish,Dutch, all flocked to the "New World",to claim it.Some of each stayed, and claimed it for themselves.England was the Biggest Power then, and said "It's Mine",They bought Manhattan, then New Amsterdam, and Dutch, renamed it New York. And claimed it all,...the others revolted,The Revolutionary War,against England, some English stayed too. They won, called it America, after the" map maker"and broke off from England.Americans now.

  • @billy1212ist It was an example to explain why monkeys are around while humans are too. I was not trying to give an American history lesson.

  • @Daniel39363 * You asked a question, did you not ? Your meaning was not clear to me.Now I understand what you were trying to say.To one that KNOWS history it sounded like a very uneducated question. In the future I will refrain from speaking to you.

  • @billy1212ist Somebody asked the question 'If humans came from monkeys, then why are there still monkeys.' My historically innacurate response was the answer to his question.

  • @Daniel39363 *And a great answer it was,bye.

  • I believe that when the Cro-Magnon came into Europe and in contact with the Neanderthal, their was a combination of factors that contributed to the Neanderthals demise, one is new diseases brought by Cro-Magnon that Neanderthal had no antibodies for, because of their isolation in Europe for hundreds of thousands of years. two mixing with the Cro-Magnon, and fighting for territory and food, these are the most logical reasons of why the Neanderthals were extinct.

  • @Schwarzkald didn't it have somehitng to do with their spears couldn't be thrown, they were stealth killers and less mobile, homosapiens on the other hand threw their spears and moved about more therefore making it easier to get food therefore giving them the edge

  • Narrator sounds like Leonard Nimoy.

  • @MrStillmans LOL I'm pretty sure it is right?

  • @MrStillmans I thought that too. I googled and it turns out it is indeed him.

  • @MrStillmans It is!
