I don't think he's a mix between Bichon Frise and Shih Tzu , I think he's a mix between Bichon Maltese and Shih Tzu , because The Bichons Frise have really curly hair :)
@MsSweetyDeea Teddy bears are mixed with bichon frise, not saying you're wrong because i'm sure they are also mixed with bichon maltese. I'm looking at getting a Teddy Bear and she's mixed with Bichon Frise. She has the curly hair you mentioned :)
