Generally good video, but keeping your eye on the ball after the serve (particularly if you're playing with a beginner) is a good way to get hit in the face. Frankly, I'd rather get the ball in the back or the butt than in the face, even with protective eyewear.
I say this from the sense that if you are looking at the ball, especially considering she didn't specify you should be wearing protective eyewear, its a good way to get whacked in the eye ball as a new player. She should have said using your peripheral vision keep your eye on the ball. The whole thing about a target on your butt is ridiculous.
