Iran and North Korea are the only two nations that publicly stated that they will use nuclear weapons in an OFFENSIVE manner. Both the USA and The Soviet Union could have annihilated each other (and the earth) and didn't because of their respect for human life and/or fear of death. The leaders of both Iran and N. Korea do not posses that respect or that fear. Akmadinajihad has publicly boasted his desire and commitment to "wipe Israel" off the face of the earth. NO WEAPONS FOR YOU!!!!
