Great advice...it absolutely works best to grow your hair out natural instead of cutting it all off. I started my natural hair journey in 2006.

I don't think it necessarily works best, it's just a matter of preference. I shaved mine off because the difference of the two textures was causing it to break. Mine has grown back just fine. I also wanted to see what I would like like hiding behind all my hair.
