Some companies require you to wear ur lid up there on the board even tho its stupid..I worked for H&P for three months in Colorado on a Flex4 Rig...Top Drive automated system...driller sat on his ass in a climate controlled room on the rig floor..Top drive was a piece of shit..leaked all the fuckin time..So many companies are stacked out rite now..i cant find a rig that is hiring
