  • Can't wait to see you there.

  • Everything was fine, except the part with the text box defining Christianity. It doesn't matter if you don't have insignia, it's your face with the uniform on. That is more than enough information

  • @ATBatmanMALS31 ok i see your reasoning. I wont take the video down but i will make an attempt to take out that box or block it out. Since some may be confused and think that im saying my comments as a soldier and not as a human beeing

  • helps no one, and accomplishes nothing. I heard someone address a junior troop wearing a sloppy uniform by saying "Many good men died wearing that uniform." I think that is something you should think about.

  • @ATBatmanMALS31 explain...? what is this reference to

  • If I were you I would take this video down. It is an EO violation for you to publicly speak out against Christianity (or any religion), let alone while wearing your uniform. If one person sees this, gets offended, and reports you, you can kiss your career goodbye. I think that is rightly so. The Army, hell the armed forces in general, cannot tolerate this sort of irresponsible behavior on such a sensitive topic. While I am sympathetic to your cause, defining Christianity in such a way...

  • @ATBatmanMALS31 In what way am i denying christianity or any religion in general? Im just stating that im going to participate in the rally and that im a fan of Richards. Plus the only reason I still had my uniform on is because i wanted to do a video before the week ended and I was having a busy week. Also take notice that I didnt have any names and insignia of my uniform, I hope you realize any civilian can but the top i had on in any custum store as is.

  • While I am always happy to see another free thinker in the Army, be advised of AR 670-1 paragraph 1-10 (When the wear of the Army uniform is required or prohibited). Admittedly, youtube is a bit in the gray area, and it would ultimately fall to the discretion of your unit Commander and First Sergeant, but I advise against wearing the uniform in your videos. It is also good OPSEC. The best policy is to lose the blouse. Just friendly advice from one Army nontheist to another.

  • @makyungsuk I dont know about you guys but our units are using multicam now for many units the ACU is outdated so its like me having a BDU top on for the day plus i took off the US ARMY and my name tape. Yes true youtube is a grey area because there are plenty of videos made in both garrison and over seas of DOD members in uniform singing, dancing, playing, making jokes and even fighting in combat so yes its a very gray area.

  • @bkhex Understood. Removing your name tapes was a good call, too. I appreciate all free thinkers who contribute on youtube and certainly those who combat the stereotype of servicemembers as dumb and uber-religious. I just have to stress caution.

  • @makyungsuk funny thing is that i wasnt trying to make a statement by having a uniform on i was just tired and wanted to get the video done. But I have been getting alot of hate messages some claiming ive made anti religous comments but thanks greatly

  • Believe it or not in this country yes

  • theres athiests in the military?:O

  • @eldominicongona The saying "There are no atheists in Foxholes" isn't an argument against atheism, its an argument against foxholes.
