Yesterday I was bored, went through demos, and saw MLB the show 09. I said hell, I love baseball so why not DL it. It took awhile to DL but worth it. I just ordered the game even though there will possibly be a new one in March of next year. Can't wait ;)

High Heat baseball way back in 2001/02 was great, then EA Triple Play..ok, one year where it really sucked.  This one blows them all out of the water

You've got to be shitting me that game is garbage. I bought it played it for 2 hours and was ready to take it back. It glitches, the features suck, you can't customize your created player very well and it's an all around terrible game. The only I liked was the real time gameplay. Made it feel like a real game. When you aim the pitch, if you have a pitch that moves, where the arrows point is where the ball, it pitched correctly, will end up.

Man, I suck at this game to. Can anyone give up some tips for batting, stealing base, and how to control 1 person at a time when bases are loaded or when 2 man on base. For example, lets say you want guy on second base to go to third but want guy on first to stay at first. How do you do that? Everytime I try to get one guy to run to third, the other guy runs to.
