thats really loud for a 50, i've got a 40 and you can't hear it that much... did you leave the cat on?

If you want it louder shorter then lenght of the tail pipe that goes from the muffler to the back of the jeep. Perhaps you can even take it off and see how that sounds.

Yes cat is on. Again the muffler is just installed without a tailpipe at all.
