Hey Soniameh,

I went to the third test (Aus. vs India) today. Good day for India. My neighbour used to play for Karnataka in India with Dravid and Kumble. He got me some VIP tickets to the match although it was 41 degrees celcius today in Perth so it was not very pleasant. Anyway, looks like India will win this match.

India looks good for a win but need to set a target of 400 + i guess , The Sydney Test was a Dissapointment Though Specially The way The aussie Team and the umpires behaved India Was looking good to win that too 134/6, but nevermind , that's history ..

Didn't meet any players unfortunately but may before they go home. Yes the Sydney Test was disappointing for a number of reasons but it certainly wasn't boring. Good crowds in Perth because of all the interest. I think Sydney sparked a lot of interest in the game and the competitive cricket is a refreshing change.

Congratulations on a well deserved victory. (the 2nd time your team has stopped Australia at 16 wins in a row) Why are India not ranked number 2 in the world in tests at the moment? Sri Lanka are currently number 2 and we slaughtered them just before India came over. India is far more competitive than Sri Lanka.

Thanks Bro Well... Stuart Clarke And Johnson Did scare the hell out of me for a while, But in the end the target was too big, India Is Ranked 2 at the LG ICC rankings (thats what the new channels here say ) , What do you think about the 4 th test ? I hope it's as competitive as this one ( also to keep in Mind that we won In Adelaide in 03/04) so we have a real chance to level the Series there. I hope Sachin gets a big 100..

I'm sure he will and I look forward to seeing it (but not too much more than 100). He is one of the most beautiful batsman in the world when he gets going. I think Ponting will also be looking for something big in Adelaide. It will be a very disappointing series for him if he doesn't get any runs in the 4th Test.

England posted about 550 runs last year in Adelaide and that wasn't enough and I think Australia got close to 500 (or more) in 03/04 and lost to you guys so India will need plenty more I think. I think Sachin might get a double hundred. There are lots of double hundreds scored in Adelaide.
