not sure how you coated the pipes, but if you have not tried this, try coating the outside of the outside pipes including the edges, and coat the inside of the inside pipe including edges.
@ddanvos68 Nope, its not what you dump into it, its how you pre charge it, if you did this right away to distilled water you would see not much at all, the cells need to be conditioned, this can even be done in a way to provide over unity.
I cannot tell, but that controller you have, is it the Dave Lawton circuit?
I have even built a few of those, 1st originally from "Patrick Kelly site, then one from "Ravis" and ,,gee I can't remember them all, I really didn't see a whole lot of difference from them as opposed to "Zeros Fossil Fuels" PWM production of HHO. Even Chemelec"Garys" site built his too, less heat , but seems to me less production too
160 video's! Well I don't know where I have been on youtube cause I certainly was not here. I have been at "CRACKING THIS HHO NUT" for so long now I lost my social life and friends, Having a slow dial up connection doesn't help either!
Have you yourself "SEEN" a car running on HHO alone yet? Not on the video but physically.
I have gotten as much as 30-35% better MPG's, but that is my extent so far.
And that has been off and on at times,,always something to fix or replace!

Sorry to break it to u, but if you hook your cell straight to 12 volts it will do the same thing. All these circuits do nothing.
