This is an answer to the polemic which is current at the moment on the Internet. No, Mirrorthrone is NOT racist, nazi, white pride or whatever you call it. The lyrics of the song "A Scream to Express the Hate of a Race" target the human race in its entirety. It attacks what is called the "nihilism" of a certain form of society that has been spreading around the globe and that envelops the "moral, social, religious and scientific" paradigms
this video seems to portray a truth about the world that humanity has brought from the depths of our nature. and how we strive for a goal that is unattainable. for our religious icons and feeble beliefs are folly. and the only truth is our own hatred toward ourselves. for it is the good in others that reflects the bad in us, because their "good" that we see as transcendent beauty is actually a mirror reflection the exact opposite of what the truth is. therefore purification is our only choice.
@mickey007r For one, it is Nietzsche, not Nitsche, for another, it is not anything close to Nietzschean thought, thought that influence is there because Nietzschean thought basically is "don't be a fucking idiot and take some responsibility for yourself". It states nothing in the song about what Nietzsche meant by "God is dead" or the resulting nihilism that would create, but just the general nihilistic nature of humanity not giving two flying fucks about anything, least of which...
@trooubermensch ... is basic fucking intelligence and not being a total fucking idiot. We can strap rockets on a ship and put people on the fucking moon but can't make a God damn fast food hamburger to order with 50% accuracy. People drive slower than pedestrians can walk. Fuck, I have a neurological muscle disorder that causes me to have to walk with a fucking cane and I walk twice as fast as the average fuck-head anywhere in public.
Anyone have any thoughts about what this song means? I just read the lyrics, and he sentiment doesn't seem to be traditional racism. The song reads and sounds like he wants us to redefine the notion of "race" as we listen, so the song can make its point. Maybe this song is anti-humanist, in general? He's asserting the human race itself should be wiped out? Or, maybe it's anti-elitist, claiming ironically that the self-entitled should be put in their place with their own "genocide?"
@pickledparsleyparty I too find it very hard to fully understand the meaning of the song... Could be totally ironic and express hate against racism, I really don´t know , but I don´t think it´s about classic racism...
as i continue deeper into my discovery of this band, i cant help notice my hair is getting long and blacker, and my ears want to hear louder of this...

basically, the only way to preserve our future, we must kill all of the past and start anew. Because in society the only way to truly live is to die.

The song refers to the human race in general. Not just any particular race inside it.

@EmilFinnas94 It's probably against racist:
"Gathering the whitest Egos of this world."
"Behold the inferior blood flow."
and the rant: "Genocide! Hear my call for genocide!"
