Id say that "sticky foam" is a much better option. The ADS will be abused. Look at how police use tasers now. How many deaths since they began using tasers 1 month after 9-11? Over 1000 in the USA alone. Not to mention how cops regularly abuse tasers against children, traffic stops, suspects already cuffed on the ground, etc. The active denial system (ADS)will have the same problems cuz US cops have been desensitized & brainwashed to the point theyre sadistic & many no longer "protect & serve".

Anyway, a bigger version, sure, but as far as I know, minor exposure would have very little side effects. Prolonged exposure could cause serous burns and possibly cancer, but the keyword is 'prolonged'. Most people can't even stand 8 seconds of it.
