It still even hyper-extends backward. :D so im still happy.

I know how you feel! i broke my leg last summer from sliding in softball, it wasn't too pretty. I went to the hospital and they didn't have a person to xray my leg so i had to just be put in a cast like the one you had at first, then I had to go through the night with no meds then went to the hospital again the next day and needed surgery...I ended up breaking my Tibia and Fibula. I was in a cast up past my thigh for about six weeks. I lost the feeling in my big toe, still havent got it back.

@boppop12 I know how you feel. I broke my tibia at skateland because I lost balance due to a wet floor and land with all my weight on that skate. They put me in a long leg cast 6 weeks and my knee atrophied temporarily. In the short cast I exercised it for 4 weeks and got it stronger than it was, then they gave me a walking cast and I got the the knee really strong, now they took the cast off and gave me this boot and my ankle is weak. How long does it take to get your strength back?

@080594M127 Ohh jeesh im sorry to hear that! well with me being a girl it probably took a little longer than it will take you but when i started walking on it he had me do everything on my own so it wasn't so easy but to get my ful strength back it probably took about 5 or 6 months, when he gives you the release to jump and run, make sure you do alot of that.start out slow but definitly do a lot of balancing on that leg and stuff it helps so much!! it will probably swell up too! but goodluck! :)
