i own the english version on dvd. the complete series. i haven't watched it all. i think i'm on episode 20. but i'm so in love with madlax. she's my fantasy woman! i thought it was cute the way she held the rifle when she shot down that army helicopter. it was like she was holding a teddy bear. ^.^ Aw.

I just borrowed the DVD from my classmate. Decided to look into the series before watching it, so I checked out ur vid. Madlax is cool (the series and character) here! I'm gonna watch all the eps tomorrow. Though I'm still trying to adjust to it.... why? coz a character (whose name is mentioned in the entire series, so i can't just mute every part) has the same name as mine... Its kinda akward for me at first, but i hope to get past it. BTW thx for uploading this^_^

In my opinion, it is just as good as Noir! :) Both series are my two favorite animes of all time! :D

This the first time I have seen a clip from Madlax. Obviously their are similarities to the previous Noir: the 'above-natural fighting style' and the deep non-verbal expressions (which I like). I believe this series can get away with being similar because of the director's girls with gun genre.

Anyway, this does look cool and I think this main chracter is exactly strong as Noir even though the Madlax series takes place mostly in a war zone.

And I wrote a review about Madlax at the Internet Movie Data Base.  At IMDb it's under: arorashadow_2003 as for gametalk, trust me you'll have no trouble finding it it's virtually the only post that ISN'T about Naruto

If you like the "girls with guns" genre I highly recommend you watch this anime (Madlax), aswell as Noir and El Cazador! These three are actually part of a "trilogy"! :)

The only other role I saw by that voice actress was in an anime called "Cyber Team in Akihabara", and you're right, her voice is rather hyper active indeed! ^^; I only ever bothered to watch that one dubbed cuz it used to be one of my favorite animes long ago... it kinda still is in a way... :P

Bingo (^_^) I love FMP, though if I were you and I started watching it, i'd skip FUMOFFU and go straight from FULL METAL PANIC to FMP: The Second Raid... unless you like romantic comedy anime (not so good from a military based one)
