You can't even get the truther myths right. Marvin Bush is only a distant relative, and he didn't have anything to do with security at the towers on 9/11. He worked for Securcom until JUNE 2000. Securcom didn't even have a physical presence there. They integrated electrical security systems into the WTC. The Port Authority, as well as a security team from the WTC itself, ran all security for the complex.

free fall for a 110 story building is 9.2 sec. south tower came down at around 10 sec. the tower was built to hold 10x it's total weigh. if you dropped the top 20 stories on the tower it MIGHT have sagged. but no top 20 fell. the top 15 gave way and some how forced it's way down despite the fact the lower support gave no resistance.

Uh, listen to the structural engineers that helped BUILD THE FUCKING BUILDINGS. They say it did exactly what it was supposed to do under those conditions. If the fireproofing wasn't blown off from the impact, the buildings could've been saved. No fireproofing plus severed portions of the core equals structural failure. The point being, there is absolutely nothing in those collapses that look like anything even remotely to a controlled demolition.

I didn't say the LBJ administration believed them. In fact, you can go to his presidential library and find documents showing he didn't believe them. But once again, what did the US have to gain from this? If Israel attacked us, why didn't we plop troops right into Jerusalem? If anything, Israel was trying to slide one past LBJ, attack the ship and say it was Egypt to get us involved. it didn't work obviously. But that doesn't make much sense either since they called to apologize fast.
