@unclechoo Why not? HL 3 could easily blast this through the speakers. How awesome would it be to take a Combine gunship against a small group of striders with this playing in the background?
@LieutenantAshler even better. grav-gunning a gunship's bombs back at it, simultaneously sidestepping and grav-gunning a CP patrol vehicle's rockets into a group of Striders they called in. then jump into a salvaged hummer with dual chainguns on the roof and shoot the gunships to shreds :P
@twilitbeing I can see what you mean by that. It sounds like a sort of Boss Battle from the Metroid prime series, though I think overall(at least for me) "Ice Planet" sounds like it would be in a Metroid Prime game more than this.
