the thing i hate most in the extreme mode is that the crowd doesnt give you meat or cheese anymore.

In extreme, the enemies are much more aggresive and they would easily kick your ass (particularly those beasts as they could not be froggy or disarmed as human).However, it is not the main issue. The main issue you would suffer from in extreme is that the weapons are much easier and faster to be broken, driving you nuts to find the new weapons by robbing the enemies or begging the audiences to throw you something.
