  • On this recording one can hear just how good Duke their lead singers voice was, Sadly Duke is now longer with us' but with songs such this one' Duke will be with us forever.

  • Hi antonygoforth....They do still tour, I saw them last night at The Stables in Milton Keynes....They were great, only 4 of them now but still as funny. They continually work and tour round the country. Go on their web site, just google "the barron knights" and you'll get all the info.

  • The Barron Knights are still on the go... playing at The Memorial Hall in Cleethorpes on Monday 17th August. I'm hoping to go if I'm not working.

  • I believe that this was originally the 'Jimmy brown song...

  • I remember hearing the original song as a child and believe it's called "The Three Bells".

  • The original french version was Les Trois Cloches sung by Edith Piaf and Les Companions des Chanson. Later covered by Ed Brown and the Browns

  • This is still my fave Barron Knights of all.
