The best way is to follow Achara and Anushtanas regarding the way of life. And always remember that when you invoke devis like kali, Maha vidya devis is like to have Atomic energy inside your house. If you don't know how to handle these powers it will be very dangerous. That's why you have to follow these rules.

the reason I tell you this that ....Mathas are vegetarian they don't like the smell of meat, drugs etc. As I have been told they get more ugra (anger) if its not like that and it is Necessary that your home and surrounding are clean otherwise the worshiper and those near him/her will be punished wether they are innocent or not.

there are several rules and I don't know everyone, these are I have been told:

1) you must be vegetarian (no egg, avoid animal products, no fish,)

2) no drugs, wine and sex etc and live in ahimsa.

3) Very wise if you are celibate and most importent focusing on meditateting.

4) if you are female wait until you passed menopause.

5) pure at heart, thought and deeds.

if it is a tantric parctice in the vamachara tradition and without a gurus guidance better not venture into the tantric aspects of dasha maha vidya , but this is just a stotra praising the attributes of mother divine in a very shanta form of " shyamala "

@sriturlapati ,it comes in kaula achara , and old tantrics were feared to use the names of these vidyas. even some people are worshiping dusa maha vidyas , they are also feared to use chnna masta , and dhoomavati.

coz wrong or insufficient practice of these vidyas will lead to the death of the practitioner . no concession or forgiveness will be given by these two mathas. matangi can be in satwica form but others are not. so it is better to worship maha kali .

@arunachala1 If you are not carefull these mathas like varahi, bhalamuki, kali and prathiyangra (and some male gods like hanuman, Lord Yoga narashima (without lakshmi) are devi with Ferocious Powers. They unlike Sri lalitha tripurasundari or devi durga are inclined to forgive a devotes mistakes several times before punishing him or her, others are not like that you will get punished the same instant.

@rajeshvram coz these are superlative energy like fire ,u cant touch it with bare hands , or with out precautions , u can do all the worships through maha kali of dushamahavidyas . if u make sidhi in kali or durga of course u can touch these vidyas . make sure that u have the desired anushtana . these are the diff forms of maha tripura sundari . she is sleeping in the kundalini of all humans . by worshiping maha vidyas , u are awakening the shakthi .
