Evile is pretty damn good for a modern thrash band. It really isn't all that fair to compare them to the originators, those who created the genre in the first place. It's probably better to compare Evile to it's modern peers, like Warbringer and the like. Slayer, Megadeth, Kreator, Exodus etc. are absolutely gods of their genre, but it was a different phase. Anyway, Evile's good imho.
