  • Thank you!

  • as she said* i meant

  • try panna cotta with yogurt its way lighter and as @MissSchokoLove panna cotta goes better with raspberry, but also any berry (including berry jams)

  • yammi...... :D

  • it is much better with raspberry! <3

I love caramell, bit I think panna cotta doesnt really fit with it!

  • I like how she says her name at the end. ;)

  • really good!!!!

  • That looks like a heart attack in a ramiken! =O

  • Am i the only person who typed "panna cotta" and found this just because i am eating it? :S

  • How much do those gelatine sheet way, what brand, type (gold silver) how many grams are those gelatine sheets, Great video Thank you!

  • @kgsaigon1 I can't tell you the brand type you can find in your country, the total weight is 0,2 oz (6 g) and you can substitute the sheets with powdered gelatine by the same weight (of course, you don't have to soak it first)

  • @kgsaigon1 You can use regular powder gelatine, is the same in different presentation, you just have to add a little of water to de powder then add it to the cream.

  • why is it that when i turn my panna cotta out to the plate, it always has some water?

i felt really embarrassed when I serve them to my guest ><

  • @lifyan It's normal to have a little liquid left on the bottom... anyway, if it's too much it's because it must rest in the fridge for longer time or you didn't use enough gelatine

  • Very nice presentation, but if you could maybe not tell gelatine ``about this size´´ you could tell like 3x5 inches or something. Just my opinion because I got the gelatin and each sheet weights 5 grams.

  • woww...love ur kitchen..its sooo colorful :)

  • can we just use vanilla extract? cause vanilla pod is very rare in my country

  • @kcarolinekmc Yes, of course! It's just milder

  • @kcarolinekmc where do you live that you can't get Vanilla Pods, maybe I can tell you where! I use them always!

  • 1 packet of powdered gelatin equals 4 sheets. I made this same recipe using half a packet dissolved in some milk. Don't add gelatin directly to hot liquid, it will clump like crazy.

  • I have a problem gelatin sheets are not available so can i substitute with gelatin powder?

  • @vm7969 Yes, they should work the same by weight

  • looks yummy!

  • SONIA

  • Wow!! Looks Delicious!!! But i want to know that a sheet of Gelatine equals to how many Tablespoon of Gelatin Powder??? And Can we use Vanilla extract Flavour instead of the Vanilla Pod??? PLZ ANSWER ME ASAP !!! THANXZZZ

  • @alanjim99 just buy the freakin ingredients, wtf

  • @alanjim99 For 2 cups of cream, try using one packet of gelatin (make sure you dissolve it in 3 tbps of cold water for 10 minutes and use that whole mixture in the cream,) and 1 tsp of vanilla extract (add the vanilla after you heat the milk and sugar.) I hope that helps!

  • @alanjim99 I use the knox geltain powder instead of sheets of geltain. It dissolves in the warm cream just fine stir to make sure it doesn't clump. I scrape my vanilla pods to get all the seeds. I sometimes add a bit of extra flavor by using vanilla extract. If you don't use the vanilla pod, you don't get the nice little black bits in the panna cotta that give off such a wonderful flavor. I also just pour into dessert shot glasses and serve with berries on top. Very easy

  • bon apatito lol

  • This is a good faultless recipe and demo.

But it easier to take the panna cotta out of the moulds by not simple turning them out.

    Seriously tap the side.

    They slide out

  • YUM. I <3 panna cotta. Thanks for the simple recipe! :D

  • Ahhh Thank you :)

  • what is the quantity to be used if gelatin is in powder form? thnks

  • very nice

  • Is there an alternative method for making it with a thickener other than gelatin?

  • @wordpiano cornstarch might work well

  • @CuteTeef It'll just thicken it up into a pudding, but it won't make a gel out of it.

  • @wordpiano if you're avoiding gelatin cause it's not vegetarian friendly, you could try using agar agar powder [I'm not sure if these holds water but 2tsp agar agar powder substitutes for 1 tbsp granulated gelatin where as 4 sheets of gelatin equates to 1 tbsp granulated gelatin]

  • @Avilsta shut up

  • very, very easy. i'm gonna try this out.

  • looks good

  • this is definitely an easy recipe to make
