Hello, since I couldn't get eucalyptus and tea tree oil I used some homegrown chamomile, green tea and raw onion and it helped. I'm breathing better and my head isn't as heavy anymore.
I appreciate your video and suggest if you could demonstrate stuff more often, like how large should the pot be, how much water, etc.
Last night I used the neti pot for a bad head cold and this morning it all came out and I'm feeling back to normal. Pineapple, ginger and garlic juice elped clear the bronchial stuff too. It was cool to watch this after as added confirmation thanks.
Update: Tired out Brandon's suggestion, took oil of Oregano, Holly Basil Tea, meditated, listened to a couple funny podcasts, and went from hot/cold flashes to 100% healthy in 18 hours
I find eating a big bag of oranges/clementines any such citrus helps, though I'm talking about either 3+ oranges, or 6+ clems a day, read a book called the mucusless diet a few years ago that's inspired my regime... not been properly ill for nearly two years, last time I got serious flu/cold symptoms is when it's related to food poisoning.
Brandon, could you make a vid about how to obtain the maximum benefits from a fever? You know, a lot of people consider it as a sickness that must be cured as fast as possible or camouflaged, but as the reality is that it has a very powerful healing effect, it would be interesting to know how to obtain the most out of it.
I use Vicks Vaporub, take a teaspoon in a bowl with water, microwave it for a minute or so, until it's slightly bubbly, then take the towel and hang my head over it. I breathe in and out until it comes out.
When I used to live in the Northeast (I now live in Florida), one wet cold winter, I caught a strong cold, flew to Acapulco, and within 4 hours of beach tropical temperature and sunny warm environment, the cold had completely disappeared. ☼
Chlorine is added into bottled water in order to eliminate harmful bacteria. It sounds good right? But did you know that tap water by law is tested regularly. And testing in bottled water is ignored. Therefore, whatever harmful bacteria in tap water is already being monitored. Bottled water is pointless, only trying to rob you of your money. Chlorine only causes health problems such as colon or bladder cancer. But if you drink enough of it
wonderful. what we also do when you have troubles with your loungs is to take onions, warm them up with goo, them put in on your chest with a warm towel . smells not so nice but works.
This worked for me and I just used eucalyptus oil. I think it's important to use clean water as well(no tap water). Other things that have worked for me: cut out all sugar, raw garlic in soup, 10 grams of vitamin c a day, colloidal silver(do your research) I use American Biotech Labs brand.
I take a lot of Echinacea, and it does prevent the early stages of a cold spiralling into a full blown cold, but if the cold manages to get past the echinacea, I will be sure to try this formula out for the first time, good advice doc!
Teatree oil is also anti-fungal...many sinsus and respiratory symptoms are actually from fungus, not bacteria or viruses. This is also why antibiotics wont work, because they only kill bacteria. In Sept.1999 the mayo clinic published a study showing over ninety percent of sinus infections were due to fungus. Just wanted to share cuz I thought it was interesting. "know the cause" has some good info online too.
I usually never take the time to comment on videos but I have hear that with the 2nd method, that I'd you don't sanitize it extremely well, that bacteria grows inside of it and then gets into your nose and that there Are the chances that you might even be able to die from it? Is this true?
Interestingly enough, and I actually learned this from watching your earlier videos and doing my own research on the herbs themselves, Reishi with Vitamin C mixed together with Astragalus is the most potent immune-system booster I've found. Literally 5X stronger than Cold Effects, a natural approach that works.
i wish i saw this before i left to el salvador. :l i was sick the whole time i was over there i didnt even have fun...

Chlorine is added to tap water to kill biological toxins.
It is also a toxic gas that irritates the respiratory system. And I don't know what other damages that can cause.
I make sure not to inhale chlorine gas.

@mitsukalle yeah, obviously you would want to use fresh spring water or the next best thing you can get.

Cayenne pepper is great at loosening/unblocking, and possibly good at blatting viruses too. I found SpiritofHealthKC helpful.

Hydrogen peroxide in the ear = no colds most of the time. Hydrogen peroxide is a great anti bacterial and anti fungal treatment.

To be precise... I'm talking about the brown bottle 3% solution you by at the Pharmacy section... not the pure H2O2 ... that stuff is rocket fuel.

Tap water is actually more pure than bottled. Bottled water contains harmful ingredients that is not good for the body the more you drink it.
Nevynevyful 2 months ago
@Nevynevyful more dangerous than fluoride arsenic, medicines ect.?
