Like seriously, Hes fuckin 6"11, his arms are probably 3'', theres 9"11 Inch, which means he only has to jump 24inch = 2 feet.. the most he would have to jump is 24 1/2 inchs.. Its not that impressive that Dwight Howard can dunk on a net thats like 12' Hes 6'11, he needs to have a vert of like a foot, his arms are probably around 2feet long, he barly has to jump, sp not that impressed with it.

given that i'm 6'6" and can reach to 8'6" standing. Add six inches of height and three of reach. 9'3" standing reach, (i'd guess). He only needs to jump 36ish inches. As you need to be over the net, not just touching the rim. Given that he takes it off an ali-oop two handed he probably jumps a good 40 inches. Pretty impressive for a seven footer, but lots of guys, (who are shorter), have that kind of vertical, not sure about someone as tall as dwight. We need to know that nets height exactly.

okay so approximately 7' tall plus his arms 2' above his head = 9'.

a 12' hoop - 9' of body is 3'. plus he still has to get high enough for the ball to get over the rim. so that adds probably 8" (just a guess)

3' and 8" is 42". thats a massive vert for anyone, let alone someone his size.
