@BlackDeathDart your not Lvl 99, becuase you would be banned if u where first of all, and no one has reached S4 because it takes about 63,703,100 experience to rank up to s4 and each game gives you about 1400 experience, so it takes 25,896 hours to get S4, and u saying your lvl 99 is 1 rank away from s4, which is impossible because there is 17520hrs in 2 years, so unless u have been playing s4 without sleep for 2 years you shouldn't be close to s4. sorry don't like lyers :/
