Nope, sorry, you don't get to call this a "ricer" anymore. Too many sad, jealous mouth-breathing hillbillies and haters have F'ed that term up. U don't know what a ricer is. A ricer is somebody putting exterior mods like big wing spoilers and there's no modifications to the engine. Any car that looks stock, but has all the engine mods done to it is a tuner.
