  • Nice workout and nice music to compliment. :-) I'd have to lower the weights on the dumbells with the one where the dumbells are extended as higher weights (for me) would put more stress on the joints (only on the extension). :-)

  • @GorDhor The heaviest in this video was 12lb. The most I've curled was 25lbs in each hand. It's been forever since I've used barbells, but I can do 70lbs on the lat machine and 70lbs on quad and hamstring machine.

  • Another great workout. I'm going to add this to my routine. I have been doing strength for almost 3 months now and my arms haven't moved from 12". Time to change it up. Love how the dog is just relaxing while your sweating..lol.

  • question...what kind of protein do you recomend....I have 10lbs to lose, I was hoping to lose 5 more then incorporate the protein, or should I start now. I'm 5 ft, 130.2 lbs

  • @RioTrini77 As far as protien, I drink EAS Advantedge Protein shakes. They give me 17 grams of protien and have only 100 calories and you can get a 4pack at Target for about 4.74. You can add protien now to help build the muscle which in turn will increase your calorie-burning potential which will help you lose the weight faster. Hope this helps.

  • @hakirby Hammer curls with Press up & Clean and Press are both 2lbs. The others are 8 lbs. You can adjust the weights to fit your ability by adding more or less. I chould have been using 25lbs on the Clean & Press but forgot to grab it when we started shooting.

  • Thank you so much for this darling!! I've been working out, well mostly dancing while incorporating some of your "lessons" but I know dancing won't give me the arms I want. So this is awesome!! Did you do a vid for inner thighs slenderization? lol!!! LOVE YOUR VIDS!!!

  • @holmique You're welcome. I haven't made a wrokout dedicated to thinning the inner thighs but I do have a few lower body ones that focus on the thighs. My Thighs The Limit specifically targets the thighs and there are a few moves there that hit the inner thighs.

  • I was just at the gym today doing arm workouts..this was helpful..now I can look like a pro! Aww look at the doggy...rolled over for the camera too...lol
