Look up socialism. The main tenant of it is nationalization of businesses and infrastructure.
A 3% raise in the top marginal tax rate (that is only applying to money earned above that cutoff so if the cutoff is 500k you'd only pay the higher rate on money above that) is not socialism and never will be.
There are plenty of things for the right to care about, yelling about socialism like McCarthy did with Communism in the 50's isn't doing anyone in America any good ya know?
