I have a problem on the loading and menu screens. The two side monitors flicker, but the centre one is fine, till I start changing stuff in the menu. Then that one is hard to read as well. But once the game starts all is fine. It's just hard to navigate through the menus.
From memory yes I had the same problem. I think I had to memorize the menu to get to the race. Had the same problem in Colin McCrae Rally 2005 too I think. Still the racing looks great once you get in. What other games have you used on the TH2G?
Systems getting bit dated now but I have a qx6700 cpu on Gigabyte P965-D6Q M/B with 2gig 800 XMS2 ram XP SP2 with an 8800GTX vid card, Thermaltake water cooling all sitting in a black armor case from Thermaltake. I have 4x 300gig sata2 drives and 1 external 500gb. The wheel was a Logitech Momo but I have now updated to a G25. Case has UV lighting fitted too.
DATED?!?! its still awesomemate, u only have to upgrade ur gfx card, n that will be ONLY in like 2 years!! and add + ram too, trust me thats still a killer pc, all u need to do is get 2 + gbs of ram, switch to vista 64 bit, n ur ready to eat up sum + games, cuz the 8800 GTX may be outdated, but its still an extreme performer
there are two games on the one video. The first is V8 Supercars 3 (also known as Toca Race Driver 3) and the second half is the V8 mod by MMMV8sc for GTR 2. Both fun games. Different names for different countries.
On your RACE or GTR2 game on you video, what card are you using? I have 2x GeForce 8600GT but cannot get Windows to recognize all 3 monitors to one horizontal span.
If MS would release directx 10 for xp (aka Directx 9.0L) I would'nt need to. But I am missing out on some effects in games like my latest Crysis. I will hold out for as long as I can. Might try linux too
There is the Alky Project, by Falling Leaf Systems, which is a 3rd party effort to let you play games in Dx 10 on XP. I don't know how far along they are though. With me, it is not just a performance drop, Vista causes stuttering in my games even if I use the lowest settings.
I noticed a stuttering in my test drive unlimited and it worked out to be a conflict between the logitech joystick and the momo race wheel. When I pulled out the joystick Testdrive unlimited ran smoothly even on full graphics. It took a long time to work out what the problem was, I was blaming the 8800gtx card drivers and tried all sorts of options.
No, a TH2G works as if it where a monitor. So the signal from the card is the same as if into 1 monitor. The TH2G just splits the signal out to the 3 monitors.
I run the 3 x 22" Acer AL2216W LCD screens on a 8800GTX video card & a Quad core QX6700 water cooled system. I use a Matrox TripleHead2go external card to split the video signal.
G'Day mate.
I have a TH2Go and just bought V8 Supercars.

Did you have this problem?
Are there any patches I need for V8 Supercars?
Thanks.

I want to use three 1680 x 1050 resolutions for desktop usage and three 1280 x 1024 resolutions for gaming. Is that possible?
I have three 21.6" monitors.

Does having the signal split by the triplehead2go slow down fps on a 8800 gtx??
