@ruponi64 it is up to your receipt that you have used for the jeans. but generally the curing process is being effected between 10 - 30 minutes at 120-150C
@ruponi64 actually we are just machinery manufacturer. but as far as i know, to get 3D crinkle effects you should use resin. there are of course some other chemicals like PP, Hypo etc.
@therockkkkher, after getting the crinkle effect on the jeans, you should put the hanger with jeans direct to oven for permanent effect. you may apply the sandblast after this process.
