Only smart and reasonable people take it as it is a scripted fake with rare real injuries, but if when he pushed himself up that is because he doesn't wanna fall off the "script" and make sure Batista executes move right. If the other wrestler at the other end of the finisher doesn't play along and puts in work and helps out for the move to set up right, then that is when it goes "real". for me.
