I also did occassional details with the infantry when they needed to search female detainees (just as the Lioness Teams in Iraq and Afghanistan do). We were supposed to be out in the city that day but plans changed. For those who don't want to hear about "military shit"...deal.

hey I play call of duty but I don't act like most people do when playing. I know the difference between a game and the real thing. Remember that when you sign up, THEY CAN AND WILL DO ANYTHING TO DO THEY WANT, short of killing you. The Army (no matter where), is sometimes brutal in its training.

And yes, it IS the best war movie ever made (Hurt Locker notwithstanding). When you're being shot at 360 degrees and there's nowhere to hide, that's when training comes in and Rangers are trained superbly. Take care!
