What brush do you use, and does it make a difference?
I had a make over done once that my daughter won for me, the hair dresser insisted on cutting my hair which was butt length.. she told me it would make me look younger.. my reply.. shorter hair makes you look older.. all older women usually have short hair. Well I wasn't impressed as she still insisted.. what could I do? nothing! well it's back to the length now and it's staying there!
i am 63 and my hair is growing out in various stages. When i was going thru the change i had it cut very short and layered to withstand hot flashes. Now the back is past my shoulder blades and the rest is playing catchup. But i am thinning on top and need height, but don't want to tease. So what do you suggest? Thank you. I was wondering if you would make a video about hormones. I am 48 and going through a very difficult time with my hormonal imbalances. One year ago I stopped my M cycles and it has been hell every since then. I hard bio-identical hormones are the best...However, insurance companys won't pay because thay consider this to be a form of alternative medicine.
Thanks for the support and tips! I am 51, and have shoulder-length hair. I have been wondering if I should cut my hair since I am getting older. OH, I agree, I don't like the poodle perms many older ladies wear! What is up with that anyway?
Hi Catlyn, People think once they are over 50 it's time to stop life and live as an old person. You must think young thoughts. don't think about getting older, think about getting younger. I tell myself I am 35 yrs. young. Go the the gym and keep in shape.
bravo someone my age over 50 that says dont cut your hair just cause your older love it, ive always had long hair too
