Just about any audio recording software these days has the ability to add reverb/echo... even the Windows Sound Mixer. I don't think she's lip-syncing because even her breathing matches the video so I'm thinking she either processed the audio that her camera recorded or she recorded a second audio track while singing using another microphone and processed that audio. Personally, I think there's a bit too much reverb but her voice is so lovely it's easy to forgive.
