@DomWeasel It's less flashy and is more mature than the current version. I wish they could have spent a little money putting a CGI version of the flying saucer in though.

It is good to see the original TV version of this story - I think its much better than the film version.
The film version had really silly background music which made the whole thing seem childish and laughable.

I find the old black and white episodes of Doctor Who really do survive the test of time better than the colour episodes.
And the film version of this episode... well it just looks terrible these days...
