I always knew it. I searched everywhere, but I always had a feeling my last 3 orbs were in volk. They are such a messed up and asymmetrical city. Not for my very last hidden orb... :'( so painful.

That's because they're using cheats, it's the "keys of the city" mode, but if you do that the achievement wont show up

Just for people not familiar with keys to the city, these are not "cheats" as in glitches or hacks, they are cheats that the game makers actually put in a menu. You just play keys to the city, and when you are in the game, press the "<" or "back" button. Then just go through the list of options and activate your cheats by highlighting and then pressing "Y" on them.

with the keys to the city pack theres a cheat for super agility and super strength

Keys to the city is free downloadble content that has cheats but you cant earn acheivments.Thats why he has 4 star ratings with no orbs.
