Actually, the miss with 215.5 kgs. was performed safely. The power rack is plenty strong. I've used this rack for 18 years. The safety pins are several inches above my face, and I was in no danger of the weight hitting my face.
Anytime someone trains the squat or bench press, they should train inside a power rack. Safety first.
