Great recipes mate! I wen deep sea and caught some red snapper and used your recipe and it was great ! i used less oil though because it was too much for me but still great! Thanks man and keep up the god work with those great cooking tips!
I do the little potatoes like that too with salt, pepper and paprika or ceyenne if I'm in the mood for heat, simple yet so awesome. Great fish vid again!
my friend my "little bit" and your "little bit" is on 2 different scales. lol but still very nice looks good. just tough it leave a little message ^_^ .
Ah, damn. There was a couple of big breams for 3€ a kilo in the market today, and I thought about buying them but couldn't think of how to prepare them, and passed on the opportunity. Kicking myself on the backside for it now. Well, at least I'll be a bit wiser for the next opportunity...
this looks more tasty than anything I've ever seen, i love your accent too, i need to make this one day, i'll try not to burn down my house in the process lol
You sound like a trucker, builder, plumber but my god, you eat like a posh fucker! D: Osm videos, I don't mind some measurements in ur up coming videos (as I am a retard). Just add them inside ur video, or in the video description ffs. I will try some of of ur dishes sometime, they luk fucking beautiful. Thanks and pardon meh french.

Lightly frying the skin to create a crust first does sound nice and would look presentable.
Maybe next time :)

this is seriously disgusting.
way too much oil,
fried potatoes, and you dip them in more oil, wtf?
way too much salt
3 cloves of garlic for a 500gr fish.... a hungry ethiopian wouldnt stay 20 meters away from this, because of the smell
this should be about cooking a fish, not cooking oil and garlic, with a taste of fish.
well it's just US cooking i guess
simply disgusting

how much are sea breams?
TheClassicCoco 9 months ago
@TheClassicCoco
They do vary. I would say £2 to £4 each depending on the size. (approx $3 to $6).
It's a great fish for the price!
Worth a try :)

pablogal88 1 year ago
@pablogal88 Sea bream is not a really strong tasting fish like for example mackerel.
I love sea bream, its one of my favourites.
I would recommend it. If you buy a sea bream, try and get a smaller size to try it.
Also with the garlic as per video it is nice and tasty.
I think you would like it.
Let me know if you do decide to try it
