Good video - ever notice how pre-'67 Paul plays his bass effortlessly and with confidence when singing Yesterday live on stage...but that post'67 Paul has to look repeatedly at the fretboard to get the chords right when playing the same song, which he himself wrote?

Watch a vid of Paul singing paperback writer live...and notice his complete domination of the room while hardly ever looking at his bass. Chin-up. engaging the audience. Moving his head to the beat in a certain rythmic way. After '66 his musicainship is totally lacking - his head movements are not there - I dont know who this guy is, but its not paul.

@melissacarl2002 yep but I leave you to do your own research. Check out paul on stage singing yesterday from the early years...or if you cant find that, watch them singing paperback writer. He sings with throat extended high and dominates the room. Theres also vids of Wings where new Paul sings yesterday...and it seems like a totally different person altogether.

That does make since. About the chords that he plays. I know that he was lypsync on tv programs and he didn't have to be correct he just had to look like he knew what he was playing. Now Live was diff. He had to know the chords correct and true. Gene Simmons plays the same songs for 30 years and even at times he has to look at the frets and even gets the song lyrics wrong to a song that he wrote. I have seen him do it live. As for Paul, He might not be Paul after All. Maybe Billy Shears Cambell?

@01artist - I dunno who this substitute is, but its not paul. And lets face it - his voice is different, his boppin to the music rythmically head movements are different, he walks different, and he looked different(before all the plastic surgery). Also, after using up any extra songs that the old paul had in left behind...This guys songs have been terrible - not even a hint of some rockin little richard influence in any of them.

You can prove it. In 1966 (in June I belive), months before his alleged November death, the film for paperback writer was taped. He has a chipped tooth and a scar above the missing tooth. The White Album headshot - photo, pull out, in the sleeve of the album features a picture of Paul with a scar at the very same spot! The picture is from 68 a couple of years after his "death." Paul isn't dead.
