I heard Crown Brush makes the brushes for Coastal Scents and, having bought from Crown before, they shed like CRAZY!!! And fall apart. I mean the bristles "pop" right out of the furrel (metal thing) after little usage. Cheap brushes for sure, but unfortunately that's exactly what you get. :(

i went on the coastal scents website and there was numerous reviews about the bristles falling out! That's not good, there were alot of people that wrote reviews on the website that claimed that the bristles fell out and that it's not dense at all and cannot fulfill it's purpose!

@iloveshopping456 I have it and it is good for say applying little to no foundation / light amounts of blush. Its hairs are way too thin and too far apart to actually even use the stippling technique.

@sufyaCacau thanks for saying that and people don't really realize what they are doing when they look for brushes that have natural bristles. Is a MAKEUP item really worth killing and torturing animals? Don't get me wrong, I'm obsessed with makeup and not a huge animal person, but I do respect animals as living creatures and don't think they should be killed just so we can have a beauty product. Also, synthetic brushes are higher quality, shed less, feel softer and just gives a nicer finish.

One thing about the taklon brushes - I own the C707-1 and some other taklon fiber brushes and after I washed them, they seemed to become what I can only describe as sticky - as in the fibers aren´t as lose as they were prior to washing, they kinda stick to eachoter, you know what I mean? Do you know what should I do to fix this? Please help!
