This brings back good memories from my time driving around Europe delivering mobile phones, ive been driving in Canada since 07, in a Volvo with a crash box and sometimes wonder if i did the right thing!
The camera doesn't record to memory card, it records to digital tape and for this video I shot 10x1-hour tapes over the six days. I have three batteries for the camera and carry a charger with me so I can keep swapping out the batteries and recharging them.
Thanks for the reply - that makes perfect sense. Just trying to guage what set up I should se when I start filming - was unsure how to make sure the camera can record for a long duration of time - your reply helps me alot. Have you you stopped driving now? You havent posted a new vid in a while? Not a complaint, just an observation ;-)
Wow, just the sort of video I would've loved to have done, only there was no such thing as vid cameras back in the dawn of time! I was on that same trip several times, I always stopped at the MoselTal too, especially if I had a passenger with me. Dover hasn't changed much but I see Calais has had a new lick of paint! Excellent video - well done!
I like your videos a lot and I think the areas you go in are beautiful. The warehouse you drove in must be huge to fit your truck. The bridge across the valley was really an awesome structure. I'm glad you included some trains as well.
great videos man. why don't these euro truck makers import these trucks to USA? I want to know what it is like to drive an Mercedes Actross or a Scania, or a volvo FH. They look way cool and sound awesome...
You make my heart vibrate when I watch this one... even now as I discover the North American roads, I still have a yearning to return to my old european highways. Thank you mate.
hi i have been over that bridge its fantastic its a work of art those pillars must have taken ages to build and the rest of it amazing keep filming dude

How do you manage to film continiously - surely your camera battery and memory card isnt able to film for that long?

@fuzzo73 European trucks like Scania Volvo Mercedes are more soft. They are also more comfortable than american and nice to drive.
