Gingrich cant even keep a relationship with his wife let alone the U.S.A. Vote Ron Paul and not the 2 corrupt individuals
They should not attack each other; remember the eleventh commandment: "Thou shalt not speak ill of a fellow republican"! Otherwise they will be as divided as they were in 1964, and we may see the same results: a crappy dem president reelected by a wide margin.
@OregonCritic No it should not. Intelligent design is a perspective which is heavily philosophical, if you are religious, you basically believe in it at some level whether you admit it or not. Also, no matter what president you elect, you are getting a person who is not an expert on something, better to have them be too loose with something like science when they do not decide what is in a textbook rather than economics or foreign policy like Obama, presidents deal with those issues closely.
When they asked Newt the this or that question I could see the "which answer will please more people" wheels turning.
It was soundbite garbage as was to be expected. Michele Bachmann and Mitt Romney both did really well. Newt saved himself from the last months disaster, I still don't think he will win though.
Agree with you on energy policy needing to be discussed.
@chukmaty "I don't watch TV but Michele Bachmann and Mitt Romney both did very well."
You're laughable. Keep being spoon fed by the establishment. Central banking, the military industrial complex, and multi-national corporations thank you for your support.
Bachmann and Romney are sure losers, so is the rest of the neo-con, war hawk, bush-ites. Keep trying to kick start your horse, i'll be hanging out where the grassroots revolution is taking place- a little place called reality.
Eventually you will have to accept that people dislike your favorite candidate for reasons other than some grand and complex conspiracy. Reality does not need a tin foil hat bro.
I'm surprised that you're naive enough not to see that the reason Newt Gingrich claimed to be in favor of ethanol subsidies is because Iowa farms tons of corn. In other words, Iowans would be the recipients of those subsidies. He's a politician and could give a rat's ass about renewable energy. He's a political opportunist who's recently come out of a decade of political irrelevancy for the sole reason that he thinks he can beat Obama and wants the power. Too bad his campaign is dead now.
Herman Cain is the best choice imo, or Newt Gingrich. I would say Michele Bachman but she uses way too much rethoric in her debates for my taste, but she would sure make a decent president.
@ThePoliticalPugilist Bullshit, there is one other, Herman Cain, he is a real conservative, not a liberblican like Bush, Cain is not a politician, but a working American who would rather do something that complain. He is not a neo-liberal (you call neo-con) republican.
@ThePoliticalPugilist He explained the 2008 bailout vote, and as far as Islam goes, I'm sure you an I disagree on that issue anyway, beside you say he bumbled all over himslef. Well we have Obama the smooth talker, how's that working out for us. So much for the weight of being well spoken as ingredients for being a good president. What we have now is not working, I trust the man, trust is worth a million words or lack thereof. I do think for myself, do you have someone better in mind?
@ThePoliticalPugilist Sure, Obama is a constitutional lawyer also bud, I'm not saying Ron Paul is a bad guy, but for one, he doesn't have a chance, if he runs independent I would vote for him over Mitt Romney, but I'm only one guy, it won't happen. Period, I'm a realist. Herman Cain knows that we need conservative justices in the supreme court to protect the constitution, good enough for me, AND he has a chance at actually beating Obama. If I thought Ron Paul did, I would support him.
@ThePoliticalPugilist Ron Paul is going to fall short in defending ourselves, if Israel falls, so does the world to Islam. We cannot defend against it when China needs them and Russia and much of the world. It's ugly but in the Qur'an it teaches that the world must submit to Islam, look up Charles the Hammer, that is the agenda we are up against. Ron Paul doesn't understand this. Read it yourself and learn about the enemy of freedom.
@weseyedwalk I don't subscribe to neo-conservative (trotskyite) ideology.
Why don't you take a peak at the books, "Dying to Win" and "Blowback." Which highlight the reason of radicalization- our foreign occupation. There would had never been 9/11 if we our troops weren't in 130 countries across the world. Our government created the Taliban- more blowback.
The enemy of freedom is our government, not some third world country terrorist cell.
@weseyedwalk Could you imagine Ronald Reagan laughing at you right now?
In the 1980's we stood toe to toe with the Soviet Union. They had a full scale military- army, navy, airforce, and 40,000 nukes. We took them down economically, and never fired one shot.
Imagine how ridiculous it is that the strongest country in the world is bankrupting itself, worried sick about 3rd world terrorist cells.
The terrorist are winning by what we're doing to ourselves, not but anything they've done
@ThePoliticalPugilist I wish Reagan were president today, you see muslims are very very smart about how to win a campaign they know, you don't even need a war, you turn a country on itself. This is what has happened, so in a way you are right, because we fell for it. But, they are involved also, in many ways.
@ThePoliticalPugilist OK genius so what do you want to do, just keep going down the same road? What should we all do at this point, our votes don't count, our republic is corrupts, and ignores us. Do you have a solution?
@weseyedwalk Ron Paul is not the same road, friend.
I know most view him as fringe, but you must ask yourself, why? Fox News, MSNBC, CNN and the rest have painted him as this weird grandpa type, when he's been voting on principle for 24 years in congress.
He's a medical doctor and a student of economics.
RP- pro-life, pro national defense, pro constitution, anti-bureaucracy, anti-police state, get rid of the income tax, and leave us along please government :)
@ThePoliticalPugilist When I say the same road, I mean voting a vote that doesn't count because it's the electoral vote that matters, Ron Paul can't change that until he is president and it looks like he doesn't have chance, like I said, if he did, i would be happy to have him for president, shit Fox news has been more friendly to Ron than MSNBC though. So I mean same road as in, what are we going to actually do to change things? Ron Paul can't do it for us, I wish he could.
@weseyedwalk Who else is talking about bringing the troops home, closing all these bases we do not need? Who else is saying they'll abolish the IRS and the Income Tax? Who else is railing against the police state bureaucratic nightmare (TSA, Patriot Act) that we have? Who else is saying we should abolish the Federal Reserve, that printing money is just as big of an economic problem as Keynesianism?
It'll tell you- nobody except Ron Paul. Since when has the media been right?? :)
@ThePoliticalPugilist Look, I wish we lived in a world where we didn't need a military, but that's a fairy tale, for now, we need it, not to have here to look at, and practice but to keep the balance of power from overwhelming us, do you really think we can repel the whole world because we have been protecting the world from Islam with the help of others for a while now. The truth is ugly, Ron Paul although a great guy in many ways doesn't understand this. We simply won't last if surrounded.
@ThePoliticalPugilist Look If Ron Paul gets elected, I won't complain, as long as it's not Obama ,,, again. OK so stop convincing me that Ron Paul would be good, I believe you, I just think he has some shortcomings that people are scared of, people that know what is really going on in the world, and because of that, I don't think he has a lick of a chance at wining the election. Being passive won't work, we can't hide from the those who deem us their enemies. They will come like 911.
@ThePoliticalPugilist I will tell you this, if the republican party nominates the liberal Mitt Romney, and Ron Paul runs independently I will probably vote for Ron Paul, if republicans nominate any of the others, I will vote for the republican, we need a conservative, Ron Paul would be good, I just don't think it's realistic though.
@ImNeilPatrickHarris RP is for having a strong national defense, just not being militant.
Our military occupations weaken our national security, & we're less safe bc of the wars.
He's not anti-Israel, he's just not for subsidizing other nations, whether its Pakistan, Iraq, or Israel. Listen Israel's defense budget is around $12 billion, we only give them $2billion. They have the 4th most powerful military in the world, they can take care of themselves. In case you forgot, we're broke (:
we aren't "broke." ron paul is a crazy isolaionist with ZERO understanding of foreign policy. we don't subsidize nations for the fun of it, the US is not a charity.
when the ME goes to china/russia and you're paying 8 dollars a gallon instead of 4 then you'll whine about being "broke."
@ImNeilPatrickHarris $14 trillion in debt, while year after year sustaining trillion $ deficits, is broke. Sorry.
What you're saying is totally distorted. You don't understand the difference between 'non-intervention' and isolationism. Trading with countries and having cultural exchange is not isolationism. Non-interventionist foreign policy means we don't go involve ourselves in the conflicts of other nations, and we don't engage in nation building, which is a failed policy.
@ImNeilPatrickHarris I don't think you see the relevence of supporting South Korea and Israel. I'm certainly not for Egypt. I do not agree with the liberal idea of getting involved in other nations civil wars (Vietnam, Libya, Egypt, Yemen). But we still need to stick by SK since they got a psycho next door and Israel. MAINLY ISRAEL
@ThePoliticalPugilist I consider him fringe from listening to him, not from what a cable talking head says. Sorry, your candidate blows and his supporters are loons.
@chukmaty Amazing. You can puke up mainstream media talking points.
The only thing 'fringe' about politics today is the spending, the wars, and the loss of rights here at home. Ron Paul is a large part of the solution to those problems.
Care to make an intellectual argument? Please refrain from puking up lines from 'Fox & Friends." Nobody cares about what someone else told yo to say.
@ThePoliticalPugilist I don't watch TV, so *gasp* turns out that maybe that there is fire by this smoke. Paul is an earmarking hypocrite losertarian with bad communication skills and an inability to translate fund raising into votes.
@ThePoliticalPugilist Nevermind. I've heard he made jokes about Jesus before. That doesn't sit to well with me. I never confirmed that for myself until now and I couldn't find anything on it. Most of what came up was Obama mocking the bible. So nevermind, I was wrong
@ThePoliticalPugilist They dont listen to him because THEY DONT WANT HIM TO WIN, Hes not really a Republican but more or less a Librarian. Thus the Republican DONT want RP to win. If RP won he would change America and make a lot of people mad because so many Americans are on the big tit of welfare and give mes.
@ThePoliticalPugilist ok how do we make sufficient revenue without income tax? and Ronald Reagan the person you people seem to love so much raise taxes after he cut them, to fix his mistake... smh
@jaden7754 You must have never heard of property tax, SS tax, Medicare tax, license fees, tariffs, inheritance tax, capital gains tax, or any other forms of government theft.
We can get by without an income tax, but (drastic) spending cuts have to come first.
@kristopheraugust - I'm been fed that bill of goods for nearly half a century as Japan and China and other countries have raped us and stolen our markets because our government would not fight back against their governments concerted economic attacks on us. The fact is, prices would adjust, wages would adjust. The economy would adjust to the new reality. It always does.
When are the neo-conservatives (fake conservatives) going to realize, anyone but Paul is a loser. Romney is a loss, Santorum/Bachmann/Gingrich/Pawlenty/Cain- all losses.
Either way, take out obamacare, and all of these jokers have the same policies of welfare, warfare, and a police state. There is no difference between mainstream repubs and democrats. They talk diff, but both support each others special interests.
@ThePoliticalPugilist Since you are immune to facts and reason I thought it a wasted effort to try to appeal to you through intellect. Plus, it would only distract you momentarily from kissing Paul's pic and spreading the Paul Gospel via YouTube trolling, so go ahead and amuse yourself. Later.
@82compoundw What facts are you talking about? Sounds like someone watches Fox News too much, and has forgotten what it means to be a true, small government conservative.
Fact: RP is the only candidate who can beat Obama. Palin, Bachmann, Cain, Pawlenty, Santorum, Gingrich, Romney- will all ensure an Obama victory.
Besides RP, everyone else is a neo-con, Bush style candidate, and the repubs aren't going to win with such a candidate.
Into a program that would allow you to pay in to a saving account, or to opt- out if you decide to. Opting out in favor of a personal private IRA or other gov/ or privately run retirement plan.
I have to disagree with you about Herman Cain being the only one to Adress Medicair Reform, Ron Paul stated directly that the program IS NOT SOLVENT, nor ever will be in it's current state. However, that reforming it will be painful as well as the other entitlement programs like food stamps, welfare etc. So as president (president cannot write laws) He will give congress the funds by closing forieng bases and ending wars to help fund these programs short term while working to reform
What an amazing bunch of clowns the republicans are offering up to the American people. Ron Paul is the least bad of the bunch, but would leave the U.S. looking like a scene from the Grapes of Wrath. I sure hope that moron Sarah Palin throws her hat into the ring. That would be good for many laughs and face palms. I would be embarrassed to be a republican.
@MrYadakun LOL.. The government could not EVER cause anything like the Grapes of Wrath... AMG, THE FREE MARKET IS EVIL, HERE'S MY ARGUMENT WITH NO BASIS, DUH LOOK AT HISTORY, STUPID REPUBLICAN.
I agree, Lee, the format didn't allow for much substance, although I do feel some of the candidates acted out in true politician form with some of their answers and were more vague than they had to be in the 30 seconds they were given. On the issue of energy independence, specifically with subsidies, I don't think the federal government should be giving out subsidies for ANY private sector commodity or service. What I wonder is being that it already does, how best to get away from that?
Debate? This wasn't debate. Debate is supposed to spark intellectual conversation(s) about current issues that are important. Granted, I did not watch the entire CNN debate; but all I saw was, "Obama sucks. He doesn't do shit. Wah." As much as I agree that Obama does such and isn't doing enough at all, how 'bout we get some insight on how the Republican candidates are going to do a so much better job? We need clear & coherent outlines as to how to fix the country. Americans have lost hope.
@russle360 They did do that. They talked about their ideas to fix the economy and how conservative economics support the free market, etc. Granted there were plenty of talking points, but it wasn't just an obama-bashing fest. Were we watching the same debate?
The whole "Obamneycare" "debate" was part of the circus script set by CNN and about as serious as the "American Idol or Dancing with the Stars" question given to Gingrich. At one point it seemed as though a real debate would open up between Romney and Paul after Romney fumbled, saying he would need to consult his Generals before leaving Afghanistan. Paul rightfully hit back saying that he is the Commander in Chief, tells the Generals what to do, and would bring the troops home immediately.
They all made good points, but Ron Paul is the only one with the long track record of not voting for stupid shit (patriot act, raising the debt ceiling, Iraq war, etc..)
i haven't had a chance to watch the debate yet. did they mention anything about defense spending or the plans to get us out of any of the wars we're currently in?
@betty4gators the fact that you have to insult me by calling me an idiot to prove your point tells a lot about your personality... and yes a lot of woman wouldn't feel the need to abort if they knew that people won't go around gossiping and talking shit about them behind their backs for being a woman raising a baby on their own.
the point is whether or not its a morally right thing to not abort a baby the government has nothing to with it. It is our freedom to do with our bodies as we see fit!
@MsAnchy The problem with this argument is always the same. You feel your life and choices should be respected, yet you stomp on the right of the unborn child. If you want liberty for yourself, you should also want liberty for the unborn. You are a hypocrite if you think otherwise. Human life is human life and no person should decide when someone dies. The only exception I would make for abortion is when the mothers life is in jeopardy, which happens but is not very often.
@MrBoredatwork Oh so it should be mandatory for a raped woman to keep her child then. If the parent is not able to care for the child then its best to have the baby no matter even if living at poverty level pulling money out of your pockets to help pay in taxes that you dont want to pay for that childs bearing. If they opt to adoption then the child is part of thousands of others who are cycled through the system with the common chance to fall into unloving parents hands. Who really wins?
@sabersaw5611 - Who really wins? The kid that gets to live, even if the deck is stacked against him or her. Most folks that are currently alive prefer to be so.
It's a lousy criticism to critique the 30-second clips. In the modern technology age, the candidates have every opportunity to make their stance clear on every issue on personal websites. If there's any confusion about where a candidate stands in detail about any issue, it's the candidate themself who is to blame. For example, every possible question about Ron Paul's issue positions is clearly clarified on his website and his views haven't changed in decades except in response to new events.
I doubt that all the people who are pro-life here would feel the same way if their 13 year old daughter was raped and was pregnant.
Also there is no point in legally prohibiting abortion since it would only lead the woman doing it illegally at shady doctors or worse just do it themselves. If you want less abortions start promoting family values and responsibility and crate an environment where women won't feel the need for abortion.
@MsAnchy you are a true idiot! 'create an enviroment where women won't feel the need for abortion'?????? what an inane statement!! also if i had a daughter raped i would still not want the unborn child KILLED because she was raped! grow a brain!
Other people in the comments section already mentioned this but I will add to it and speak about my regret for you not mentioning Gary Johnson's unfair exclusion and the dirty pool involved in it.
Rather than "denying my uterus to a fetus" you should have denied your vagina to a penis. Yes abstinence does work... so do condoms, the pill, and many other methods.
@03:43, I began to disagree with you. You're concern with ethanol subsidies hurting people in the 3rd world. Sorry, we're not electing the leader of the 3rd world. We're electing a President to see to OUR best interests. If I want a President who concerns himself with the well-being of the rest of the world, I'll vote Obama.
To hell with raising 3rd world food prices. It raises MY food prices.
What disappointed me was, when they were asked one of those stupid "Coke or Pepsi?" questions, none of them answered appropriately:
"Our economy is in shambles, we're at war across the world, parts of the country are on fire, others are half-destroyed by tornadoes, and you waste bandwidth choosing to ask such trivialities? Next question!"
@Hiraghm The fact that they even asked inane questions such as that proves how little they really care about what's actually going on. I think another good response to that hokum would be "I've talked to third graders that have asked more pointed questions than you, and I'm not wasting people's time with that."
@turns2gold I know. I wish Ron was a better speaker. He's got alot of good things to say but he's not a silver tongued politician like others are. Which kinda makes me like him more...
How long have you had the paypal option up? This is the first time I've seen that option. Thanks for your work, man. You give me hope for the sanity of the world.
I found it disturbing when in the beginning of this video the Obama 2012 logo appeared on your chin. :) It took me a second to realize that it was the Youtube ad. :)
People, GET OVER Cnn asking the "this or that" questions. They took FIVE SECONDS. CHILLAX, folks. It's not like they spent 30 seconds between Bieber or Jonas Bros.
@shatwood Well... You would normally be right and it is pointless. But when they are organizing and making a debate structure that doesn't allow enough time for the politicians to answer but yet have a waste of time thing like that it is a problem. Even if it didn't waste more than 30 seconds total in the whole event it was still too much when they were being cut off all the time.
@jrc99us Bachmann is a fucking retard. Her announcment that she's going to run for President at the fucking PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE is like me taking a stroll to the Atlantic Ocean and announcing to strangers that I'm going to go for a swim. Uhhhhh.....HELLO? If she wasn't going to run for President, why the fuck would she be there debating?
@PampersPete Are serious? You really want me to intellectually OWN you on your so-called point? Roger that! Uhhhhh...HELLO!!!??? She made her announcement at the debates so now she is a GOP Presidential Candidate...*ahem* IT'S THE GOP PRIMARY DEBATE. If she wasn't going to be running she would not have shown up. And you call Bachmann "retarded?" Next time you wanna make a point keep you emotions at home.
@jrc99us Then why did CNN plaster GOP PRESIDENTIAL DEBATE all over my television screen? The point I'm trying to make is, if she wasn't running for President, why the fuck was she there? As soon as I heard the names of all 7 participants, I thought to myself, "Michelle Bachmann must have decided to run". It's kind of a Special Olympics moment for her. In other news, have you heard that she feared she was going to be kidnapped in '05 by a lesbian and an ex-nun? Yeah. Enjoy your candidate's crash!
@PampersPete Ok I get it you still are retarded. She was there BECAUSE SHE IS RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT YOU DUMBASS!!! I don't know how many times do you need to hear that before you need a brain jump-start. BTW did you know your messiah thinks there are 58 states in the US and his vice president thought there were TVs in the days of FDR? There are more but I least I have facts not PMSNBC or The Daily Schmoe.
@jrc99us Apparently you haven't seen my channel. If you'd not be lazy and investigate, you'd see that I'm an Independent. Thank you for proving my point too, btw.
@PampersPete Why would I need to find evidence on what kind of person you are when you made quite clear that you used liberal tactics of automatically dropping the f-bomb and calling her retarded for showing up for a Primary Debate knowing that she put in her bid to run. Next time you wanna prove you are an "Independent" try debating with an adult brain instead of a prepubescent feelings. Ass!
@jrc99us You fuckin' Conservatards are just as bad as the Libtards. Instead of Unions, taxes & the environment, it's gays, war & religion. This country is fucked...
@jrc99us So you're a sheep exactly like the Liberals you claim to hate, right? You can't think for yourself and have to wait for your religious leaders and/or fellow Republican Party hacks to tell you what's right and what's wrong, right? That's pretty much what you're saying you are. I'm a Strict Constitutional Independent. Therefore, I vote for freedom of choice regardless of the letter next to a candidate's name. I have a brain and I like to use it.
@PampersPete Then next time say you disagree and explain yourself like an adult. Trust me you'll get far in life if you do. Calling someone names because you disagree with them will mark you down as some emotional child who is incapable of logical thought. I learned that by myself while I was growing up.
Did you hear? Judge Sumi just got bitchslapped and told to STFU by the Supreme court on Scott Walker's bill. the Supreme Court said it took up the case because the lower court (Sumi) had "usurped the legislative power which the Wisconsin Constitution grants exclusively to the Legislature."
Now Scott Walker's bill can no longer be stopped and will become law! Woo hoo!
Judge sumi should face sanctions and be in prison for being a public union shill and totally owned and in their pockets
Lee you do realize that long term entitlement reform is not as urgent a reform priority at the moment than getting discretionary spending reform under control? Do you not agree that entitlement reform discussion should wait until the republicans can control the entire congress?
Ron Paul is the ONLY one that will stand up against wall street and the military industrial complex and bring your troops home. The others will be puppets. You DO need a radical change, before it's too late. But it's probly already too late, sad but possibly very true.
@johnnydigital77 What's funny is how many vote ups you have for this comment when Ron Paul isn't regarded as a serious candidate by the press. Wonder why that is....
@thekurgan89 Get your head out of the sand, better yet throw away your TV. Mainstream media is so biased to Ron Paul, ( and any other honest candidates in the past ) and so full of propaganda it makes my stomach churn. That fact you said "Ron Paul isn't regarded as a serious candidate by the press" really does make me feel sorry for you. It's bewilders me that people can't see thought these (most) politicians. You have NO idea what powers are behind your government, and the influence they have
@johnnydigital77 That's an awefully hostile response to a not very hostile statement. Maybe you and I are watching different news networks or reading different news articles or something but he seems to get less attention than other candidates even though he ranks highest in online opinion polls.
I'm interested to know what makes you think you're so enlightened. Do you think God talks to you or something?
@thekurgan89 I sorry you took offense to a non-offensive comment. By news networks, I mean CNN, FOX, and MSNBC, as for articles, if your reading the new york times, you will get some honest and alot of dishonest articles, do you know who runs the media? Many of them were at bilderberg, and/or have been to many previous meetings. I still feel sorry that you can't see this, (is that hostile?)I don't even live in the U.S. I live in Canada. My concern is for your country (in my eyes, my fellow man).
@dukee155 absolutely it was a popularity contest. Have you read the newspapers from the 1700's? Jefferson was called a half breed from alleged Indian parents, and Adams was called a hermaphrodite.
Lee, while Mitt is considered the front runner, I think Mitt and Tim will be the weakest choices right now out of the seven listed. Herman Cain stands out, and I'm intrigued by Michelle entrance.
The CNN debate was a joke, a set-up, a fraud, and just another way to make this whole thing a joke. I felt so sorry for Michele Bachmann having to take part in this crap.

LEE! are you gonna tell us who your top picks are to support?,,, at some point?
weseyedwalk 8 months ago
Ron Paul is the only candidate offering a real change.
The rest of the field are neo-cons just like Bush, ie, more of the same.
ThePoliticalPugilist 8 months ago
@ThePoliticalPugilist Bullshit, there is one other, Herman Cain, he is a real conservative, not a liberblican like Bush, Cain is not a politician, but a working American who would rather do something that complain. He is not a neo-liberal (you call neo-con) republican.
weseyedwalk 8 months ago
@weseyedwalk Hardly what this nation needs is a former head of the Kansas Federal Reserve for president.
He bumbled all over himself in that debate. I nearly felt bad for him when he was dealing with the Muslim issue.
He was for the banker bailouts in 2008! Just what we need! No foreign policy credentials, and a proponent of Keynesian economics. Pure brilliance.
Turn off your tv and stand thinking for yourself.
ThePoliticalPugilist 8 months ago
@ThePoliticalPugilist He explained the 2008 bailout vote, and as far as Islam goes, I'm sure you an I disagree on that issue anyway, beside you say he bumbled all over himslef. Well we have Obama the smooth talker, how's that working out for us. So much for the weight of being well spoken as ingredients for being a good president. What we have now is not working, I trust the man, trust is worth a million words or lack thereof. I do think for myself, do you have someone better in mind?
weseyedwalk 8 months ago
@weseyedwalk Ron Paul has forgotten more about the constitution and economics than Herman Cain knows.
Running a business is not the same as having the know-how to stimulate an economy. Its the difference between a businessman and an economist.
Ron Paul is a student of all the contemporary genius's in the field of economics- Mises, Hyak, Friedman, ect.
Ron Paul has also been right about foreign policy. Our intervention is the root cause of terrorism and radicalization.
ThePoliticalPugilist 8 months ago
@ThePoliticalPugilist Sure, Obama is a constitutional lawyer also bud, I'm not saying Ron Paul is a bad guy, but for one, he doesn't have a chance, if he runs independent I would vote for him over Mitt Romney, but I'm only one guy, it won't happen. Period, I'm a realist. Herman Cain knows that we need conservative justices in the supreme court to protect the constitution, good enough for me, AND he has a chance at actually beating Obama. If I thought Ron Paul did, I would support him.
weseyedwalk 8 months ago
@ThePoliticalPugilist Ron Paul is going to fall short in defending ourselves, if Israel falls, so does the world to Islam. We cannot defend against it when China needs them and Russia and much of the world. It's ugly but in the Qur'an it teaches that the world must submit to Islam, look up Charles the Hammer, that is the agenda we are up against. Ron Paul doesn't understand this. Read it yourself and learn about the enemy of freedom.
weseyedwalk 8 months ago
@weseyedwalk I don't subscribe to neo-conservative (trotskyite) ideology.
ThePoliticalPugilist 8 months ago
@weseyedwalk Could you imagine Ronald Reagan laughing at you right now?
In the 1980's we stood toe to toe with the Soviet Union. They had a full scale military- army, navy, airforce, and 40,000 nukes. We took them down economically, and never fired one shot.
Imagine how ridiculous it is that the strongest country in the world is bankrupting itself, worried sick about 3rd world terrorist cells.
The terrorist are winning by what we're doing to ourselves, not but anything they've done
ThePoliticalPugilist 8 months ago
@ThePoliticalPugilist I wish Reagan were president today, you see muslims are very very smart about how to win a campaign they know, you don't even need a war, you turn a country on itself. This is what has happened, so in a way you are right, because we fell for it. But, they are involved also, in many ways.
weseyedwalk 8 months ago
@weseyedwalk You're going to miss the revolution.
When ppl ask you in 20 years, what you were doing, you can tell them you were supporting the CEO of Godfathers pizza, bc Fox News told you to :)
Herman Cain is more of the same. He'll be played by the same special interests that played Bush, and that are currently playing Obummer.
ThePoliticalPugilist 8 months ago
@ThePoliticalPugilist OK genius so what do you want to do, just keep going down the same road? What should we all do at this point, our votes don't count, our republic is corrupts, and ignores us. Do you have a solution?
weseyedwalk 8 months ago
@weseyedwalk Ron Paul is not the same road, friend.
I know most view him as fringe, but you must ask yourself, why? Fox News, MSNBC, CNN and the rest have painted him as this weird grandpa type, when he's been voting on principle for 24 years in congress.
He's a medical doctor and a student of economics.
RP- pro-life, pro national defense, pro constitution, anti-bureaucracy, anti-police state, get rid of the income tax, and leave us along please government :)
Check my channel 'favorites'
ThePoliticalPugilist 8 months ago 22
@ThePoliticalPugilist When I say the same road, I mean voting a vote that doesn't count because it's the electoral vote that matters, Ron Paul can't change that until he is president and it looks like he doesn't have chance, like I said, if he did, i would be happy to have him for president, shit Fox news has been more friendly to Ron than MSNBC though. So I mean same road as in, what are we going to actually do to change things? Ron Paul can't do it for us, I wish he could.
weseyedwalk 8 months ago
@weseyedwalk Who else is talking about bringing the troops home, closing all these bases we do not need? Who else is saying they'll abolish the IRS and the Income Tax? Who else is railing against the police state bureaucratic nightmare (TSA, Patriot Act) that we have? Who else is saying we should abolish the Federal Reserve, that printing money is just as big of an economic problem as Keynesianism?
It'll tell you- nobody except Ron Paul. Since when has the media been right?? :)
ThePoliticalPugilist 8 months ago
@ThePoliticalPugilist Look, I wish we lived in a world where we didn't need a military, but that's a fairy tale, for now, we need it, not to have here to look at, and practice but to keep the balance of power from overwhelming us, do you really think we can repel the whole world because we have been protecting the world from Islam with the help of others for a while now. The truth is ugly, Ron Paul although a great guy in many ways doesn't understand this. We simply won't last if surrounded.
weseyedwalk 8 months ago
@ThePoliticalPugilist Look If Ron Paul gets elected, I won't complain, as long as it's not Obama ,,, again. OK so stop convincing me that Ron Paul would be good, I believe you, I just think he has some shortcomings that people are scared of, people that know what is really going on in the world, and because of that, I don't think he has a lick of a chance at wining the election. Being passive won't work, we can't hide from the those who deem us their enemies. They will come like 911.
weseyedwalk 8 months ago
@ThePoliticalPugilist I will tell you this, if the republican party nominates the liberal Mitt Romney, and Ron Paul runs independently I will probably vote for Ron Paul, if republicans nominate any of the others, I will vote for the republican, we need a conservative, Ron Paul would be good, I just don't think it's realistic though.

ImNeilPatrickHarris 8 months ago
@ImNeilPatrickHarris RP is for having a strong national defense, just not being militant.
Our military occupations weaken our national security, & we're less safe bc of the wars.
He's not anti-Israel, he's just not for subsidizing other nations, whether its Pakistan, Iraq, or Israel. Listen Israel's defense budget is around $12 billion, we only give them $2billion. They have the 4th most powerful military in the world, they can take care of themselves. In case you forgot, we're broke (:
ThePoliticalPugilist 8 months ago 13
@ThePoliticalPugilist
we aren't "broke." ron paul is a crazy isolaionist with ZERO understanding of foreign policy. we don't subsidize nations for the fun of it, the US is not a charity.
when the ME goes to china/russia and you're paying 8 dollars a gallon instead of 4 then you'll whine about being "broke."
ImNeilPatrickHarris 8 months ago
@ImNeilPatrickHarris $14 trillion in debt, while year after year sustaining trillion $ deficits, is broke. Sorry.
What you're saying is totally distorted. You don't understand the difference between 'non-intervention' and isolationism. Trading with countries and having cultural exchange is not isolationism. Non-interventionist foreign policy means we don't go involve ourselves in the conflicts of other nations, and we don't engage in nation building, which is a failed policy.
See: "Blowback"
ThePoliticalPugilist 8 months ago
@ThePoliticalPugilist
you don't understand the concept of foreign policy and the irrelevance of supporting israel/egypt/south korea in comparison to a 14 trillion debt.
it is a lightening rod. not to mention it has saved us billions in not sending troops and protects our defense industry from israel's.
ImNeilPatrickHarris 8 months ago
@ImNeilPatrickHarris I don't think you see the relevence of supporting South Korea and Israel. I'm certainly not for Egypt. I do not agree with the liberal idea of getting involved in other nations civil wars (Vietnam, Libya, Egypt, Yemen). But we still need to stick by SK since they got a psycho next door and Israel.

Americans have lost hope.
russle360 8 months ago

The whole "Obamneycare" "debate" was part of the circus script set by CNN and about as serious as the "American Idol or Dancing with the Stars" question given to Gingrich. At one point it seemed as though a real debate would open up between Romney and Paul after Romney fumbled, saying he would need to consult his Generals before leaving Afghanistan. Paul rightfully hit back saying that he is the Commander in Chief, tells the Generals what to do, and would bring the troops home immediately.

MsAnchy 8 months ago
@MsAnchy The problem with this argument is always the same. You feel your life and choices should be respected, yet you stomp on the right of the unborn child. If you want liberty for yourself, you should also want liberty for the unborn. You are a hypocrite if you think otherwise. Human life is human life and no person should decide when someone dies. The only exception I would make for abortion is when the mothers life is in jeopardy, which happens but is not very often.
MrBoredatwork 8 months ago
@MrBoredatwork Oh so it should be mandatory for a raped woman to keep her child then. If the parent is not able to care for the child then its best to have the baby no matter even if living at poverty level pulling money out of your pockets to help pay in taxes that you dont want to pay for that childs bearing. If they opt to adoption then the child is part of thousands of others who are cycled through the system with the common chance to fall into unloving parents hands. Who really wins?
sabersaw5611 8 months ago

MrBoredatwork 8 months ago

MsAnchy 8 months ago

Next time you wanna prove you are an "Independent" try debating with an adult brain instead of a prepubescent feelings. Ass!

@jrc99us You fuckin' Conservatards are just as bad as the Libtards. Instead of Unions, taxes & the environment, it's gays, war & religion. This country is fucked...

no. you're an idiot.

@StatelessEuphoria Meh....opinions vary and I really don't give a fuck about yours.

@PampersPete I am a PROUD Conservative instead of a socialist/fascists/communist liberal or NEO-CON LIBERALtarian.
jrc99us 8 months ago

I learned that by myself while I was growing up.

whenever you subsidize something - you get more of it.

Lee, sign a contract with Westwood One, Clear Channel or now with GBTV. Get yourself a talkshow already!

Wonder why that is....
thekurgan89 8 months ago

Do you think God talks to you or something?
thekurgan89 8 months ago
@thekurgan89 I sorry you took offense to a non-offensive comment. By news networks, I mean CNN, FOX, and MSNBC, as for articles, if your reading the new york times, you will get some honest and alot of dishonest articles, do you know who runs the media? Many of them were at bilderberg, and/or have been to many previous meetings. I still feel sorry that you can't see this, (is that hostile?)I don't even live in the U.S. I live in Canada. My concern is for your country (in my eyes, my fellow man).

@johnnydigital77 I think you meant biased against Ron Paul...

@johnnydigital77 But he's so radical he'd be more polarizing than Obama. Besides, he looks like he's ready to kick the bucket anytime now.
