this is one of the best music video of the japanese goths, malice mizer and versaille joined together in this video and i think misaki itou is here too. i love this video.
I've mentioned this before. I pre-ordered Lyrical Sympathy and this was the version I got. I later found out that the European one (which might confuse people since the inside is in Japanese still) and the recent re-issue contain a totally different mix of it (besides the narrator the instrument levels are all different too) What's weirdest is that the narrator is credited in ALL the versions even though she only appears on the ORIGINAL JAPANESE version. Hope that helps ^_^.
That is why, I have the special European Edition, not the Japanese First Press. I really like this version though, hopefully I'll be able to get my hands on it one day...
The narrator is the same as the narrator for The Revenant Choir, isn't she?
Exactly, she's the one who narrates The Revenant Choir. Which is weird that they'd leave her off just about every other edition. I guess they wanted to make a bit more straightforward in terms of song structure, but in all serious it was that part in the middle of this version that really made me take notice the first time I heard Lyrical Sympathy and what specifically made me want to make this particular video. It wasn't for many months that I learned another version.
Yeah, when I saw the live performance of this song at Hide Memorial Summit and heard the girl talking it really caught my attention, and made me like the song even more...now that I know that that version is availble on a cd, I'll definatly be buying the Japanese version of Lyrical Sympathy. Thanks for your help!
I loved Malice Mizer. It was saddening when Gackt resigned, but I still love Mana. Isn't he the Producer and also Composer of some of the songs that Kanon Wakeshima sings/ plays? Plus, I love Mana's clothes line. Such pretty fashions he comes up with. ^^
It also made me sad when the last drummer of Malice Mizer [when they were all together] died. T^T But, they were still an awesome band! And then it got confusing when Mana made Moi Dix Mois, still beautiful music and all.Love Versailles too! c:
Gackt's not in this video at all everyone. Nor is Versailles. It's Kozi that was mentioned and this line-up is Kozi, Mana, Yu~ki and Klaha. No Gackt at all.
I like this mix of the song better than the original, everything sounds more crisp (i cant think of a better word), where did you get yours, because I have the CD
it's on the official Japanese version of the CD. The original though, not the re-release from a month ago, nor the European version. The original Japanese press.
I'm so glad you re-uploaded this :3 I missed the old good AMV times :3 If you have any others from your Alavic222 profile, you should deffinetly post it ^+^
Cuz The Love from a Dead Orchestra on the european edition is slighlty different from the version released in Japan. My friend had the same problem.. or.. not problem but.. xD
I know what this is lol. I mean the SONG is Versailles. The movie is called "Bara no Konrei", hence why I have that in the title. I explain all of that in the description.....
It's pretty much the story of the movie. If you've seen it, it'll make more sense. Basically it's like Dracula (with Yu~ki as Dracula and Klaha as Jonathan Harker) and there is an added vampire duo (Mana and Kozi) who share a deep past, but who have different views on Dracula. Kozi ends up helping Klaha, and in the fight with Dracula, they kill Mana, so Kozi kills himself. Cecil (the Mina character) is already a vampire, so her and Klaha live together as vampires....understand it a bit? lol
Well in the movies' defense, there are a bunch of "dialogue screens" (where they have the lines, just like the old silent movies) but I cut most of them out for this video (I left a couple in though) I think you can sorta follow the main part of the story from this vid though.....sorta lol.
I used to think it's just the Japanese version. Which it MIGHT be. But I've been told by someone who had the Japanese version that their's was missing it too. Actually, to be honest, I'M the ONLY person that I personally know that LEGALLY owns a CD with this version on it (i've talked to some who have bootlegs that have the narration...) Weird....but yeah, that's the oddest thing, her being CREDITED than not actually APPEARING in all versions. Surprised no one's really noticed that.

Where can I get this version of "The Love From A Dead Orchestra"?
I have Lyrical Sympathy, but this version is different than the one on Lyrical Sympathy. The other version doesn't have the woman talking in it.

Might as well get this out of the way, sorry.
Gackt was asked to leave Malice Mizer by Mana.
It's a bit of controversy.
