G day Mate, I couldn't agree with you more, I'm from the UK and you wouldn't believe how much people rely on there bits 99.99% of people are unwilling to even think about riding bitless, and there horses "HAVE" to use this bit, or that bit to keep control, or they cant get their horse to perform this movement or that, love your videos keep them coming thanks, Regards Tim
bud i love your work, it has opened my eyes on many thinds, i have 2 horses 1 a 18yo TB quiet as do anything go anywhere. but due to his age i am retireing. i have recently got a x race horse straight from track. very quiet. just giving him a few weeks to settle before i start on him. your vids are very eye opening and interesting. i'm thanking you so much for your advice
lol "The galv. taste is gaurenteed to engage the hindquarters!" Playing on gaurentees? Horses can go great with anything you just have to know what's in their mouth. I ride differently using a bit than a hackamore, and then without tack of course I have to ride with just a seat. I recomend that. Once you can ride without a bridle, add the bridle back and you will have 10 X softer hands. The horses cartainly enjoy it. Great vid shows us all never to spend more thn 50 bucks on a bridle.
wow, hes gorgeous! but as you showes, thinner bits can be a viscious weapon in the hands of an inexperienced or vindictive rider. personally the string is my fave! y does the galv. steel taste do that?!
Thanks Folks. I must appol for not being on here for a while. I am running out of time. That is my wife's Stallion. A Grandson of the great Donnerhall. I did have fun. He is such a darling and we are very good mates. regards
lol i rode my horse with a peice of string around her nose. i didnt tie it so it kept sliding off after i jumped. but considering that was my fault for not keeping consistent pressure i think it worked really well. i jumped about a ft higher than usual cuz the horse was being really well behaved
fantastic! worth pointing out however not to try this at home, if your horse is light in the mouth and you are a competent and compassionate rider, then you are aware that this can be achieved, if however you are a little rougher or harder in the hand, couple that with a horse which has learned to lean on you and its a disaster.
Does the stock whip come in various colors to match my saddle pads? I want my neighbors to see what a smart horseman I am by using your new products. Then my horse will look just like yours...LOL And they are show legal, right? :-)
Loved this ... this is absolutely brilliant! Now all I have to do is get a decent set of hands, knowledge, and find someone around here who actually espouses those ideas.
Seems like I'm up that creek again! Great stuff, though!
what is that at 1:39? Did they take that off of a bike? It looks like a torture instrument

Better watch out with the Aussie irony there with the galvanized taste: betcha some of your viewers don't get it.
